Excellent overall organizational communication and app clarity!
Still need work, it hard to believe the developers of the app don't have the issues the users have. Maybe the developers don't have a TOPCU accounts. Anyway, two things that the app doesn't do and should. It should show credit card transactions. Second, the app should allow you to make a memo when transferring between accounts.
The requirements for both the user name and password are too complex. Even a complex password is denied because too many letters are repeated even when the characters are not sequential. It is hard enough to create complex passwords that can be memorized without requiring meeting 8 or more unique and arbitrary rules.
I've been banking with topcu for almost 10 years and I think there the best and the app is bottom to none. It's just as good as going in. With the message now fetcher, you can get help with anything big or small. They always make you feel like your top priority. I really hope to be with this bank for another 10+ years. Thank you to everyone working so hard.
The one thing that I really don't like, is not having descriptions of who the debits went to, or are from. I consider that to be a handicap for my bookkeeping and really don't like that. Also, you are expecting me to answer questions but the boxes with my choices are not visible on this huge phone screen.
App isn't working. When I try to log in I get an error that says something along the lines of "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again" and then force closes itself. This app worked great about 2 weeks ago.
Although the graphic interface looks nice a d application easy to use, there's no feature to deposit your checks mobily. To me, that's the whole point of having mobile-banking in the first place.
Online bill pay is great! Can do auto payments online too. Set it up, and just make sure your balance will cover the bill when it goes out. Simple.
Mobile deposit feature finally worked after repeated efforts to deposit my check via mobile deposit and getting fail notices. This was very worrysome because I wouldn't have been able to deposit the check in person or elsewhere because I followed the instructions and put a restrictive "for mobile deposit only at TOPCU" on the back. Not worth the frustration. I doubt that I'll be using the mobile deposit feature again.
Updates to app do NOT work. I have had the old version on my phone for several years, Uninstalled and reinstall a dozen times and can never get current update. TOPCU can't help. Time for a new bank!
great app that speed me to do everything i need from paying bills to transferring funds. very simple and easy to use interface better then other Banks mobile apps. great credit Union to boot been with them since 1973.
Being a smaller CU it would seem that the scope and quality of services could be compromised. This does not appear to be the case with this "small town", yet scrappy CU. The phone app expands their services and availability, which would have been seriously compromised when the downtown branch and roboteller packed up a few months back. Now, if only this app could function as a cash draw machine...oh, well! It'll be a loooonnggg time before that happens, eh? Now that would merit the 5 stars!
This app is easy and convenient. If you bank with TOPCU, definitely get this app. If you don't bank with TOPCU, then definitely start banking with them... And then get this app!
I like the security very much. It's well protected for signing in. It's also accessible for almost any banking you need to do.
Amazing credit union love the app simple to use. Credit card option needs some work you can't see history of payments
I love TOPCU! The tellers are friendly and it's always easy to take care of business with them! Even during covid.
Logging-in took 4 office visits. The office has electronic sheilding so both the app and my email provider spooled laboriously... had to stand OUTSIDE to get it to work.
Simple, intuitive. Gets the job done and I havent run into any issues.
I would rate five stars love this bank love the app Love The Helpful employees. But I wish the app would update finances(ingoing outgoing pending balance etc) faster versus other apps.
I have nothing bad to say about the app, it's complete and functional for my purposes. But it does feel a little... lackluster? 9/10

I have not been able to download the app as well. I tried at least five times, in different geographic locations.
These guys provide an awesome service, most especially I trust the app authentication.
