5/29/22 update: the Top Golf app sucked before and it sucks even more now. No new functionality, prices have gone up, customer service has gone down. The app is still garbage from a functionality POV. You'd think when you choose to get ripped off to pay for a reservation, the reservation would be available when you're paying. How can such a cool business and activity have such a garbage app? I'm in IT, and have an idea what a hood UI looks like. This isn't it.

This app is great! It shows you distances to and open times for the nearest Topgolf locations; you can take a poll with your friends about the best time to meet there, which sounds awesome if you have friends. It keeps track of all the games you play, who you played them with, and everyone's scores; and you can find the food and drink menus for whichever location you end up at! It has occasional promotions for future game play... love it.

Been to 2 different locations. Mt Laurel, NJ and Myrtle Beach. SC. The staff at both locations where friendly and helpful. Food was good too. Only reason for not giving a 5 Star is the scoring does not always seem correct.

Intuitive interface & the features I have used like making reservations, redeeming coupons & viewing stats from past visits have always worked flawlessly.

Update 2022: Still next to useless, refuses to show any games I have played since 2017. Contacted support and they told me to uninatall and reinstall, and if that failed, to just use the web page to see my games. Tried uninstall, didn't work, and checking the web page sort of defeats the purpose of the app. This is still an issue in 2022, games simply don't get recorded.

Great place to spend time with family and have a great time, awesome service from wait staff and maintenance personnel when something goes wrong, they add time at the end while your waiting for maintenance to be done

Best family fun-focused location for a day or night out. Great food, great games, and most importantly great service.

Topgolf is a fun and challenging spot with great food and drinks! It is a place where everyone can either spend time practicing, sharpening golf skills, or just having fun by attempting to hit the golf ball! Great time had by all!

Love top golf is a wonderful experience for the family!!! People of all ages and skill levels can have fun

App works good first time out, wait list notices were spot on. Included a promo code for $$ Game play was lots of fun for a family of non golfers

2 Legit 2 Quit. Easy to use for reservations, checking wait times at locations. Haven't had any problems with connectivity or crashes.

App does really well with tracking games played however, the new scratcher doesn't work. It brings up a card and then nothing! I tried "scratching" but it didn't do anything so I hit the back button and it said come back in 24 hours. Should this be doing something? There's no instructions but seems pretty self explanatory. EDITED: Scratcher doesn't show anything when opened, not even a "sorry, please try again" or "better luck next time". Other than the confusion with that it's a great app!

Good way to check on locations and some coming locations

Initially, the app logged game history in real-time. Since the first games, however, none of my games have been logged and my name never appears on the leaderboard. Contact has been made regarding this issue several times, but no remedy has been offered. Likewise, when reserving our bay and inputting requests, nothing transfers to the actual location when I arrive. It is as though, my app is not transmitting any data. At this time, I would not recommend.

Horrible app, I updated my profile and lost all of my game data. What's the point of having a membership number if it doesn't store and back6 your game data?????

This app is broken. If it worked it would be awesome. Not only can it not find location, but even after I became a member at a Top golf location, it says something is wrong and to contact support. I contacted support and never got any help. It's a good thing Topgolf is more fun than the app. It would be nice to see scores and stuff but oh well.

So helpful in adding to our great experience and of course fun!

One of the worst apps I've ever used. I tried making reservations on the app for 3 weeks. Nothing ever available. So I send a email about my problem and customer service tells me to try online or the app to make reservations. Telling me to use the app for reservations shows me they didn't even fully read my email. Online. The search bar constantly reset itself and offered locations far from me. And when I got the location I wanted, book the time, paid.It changed the location far away.Ridiculous

The good: Keeps track of you gaming history. The bad: wait times are sometimes messed up. 15 minutes to 3 hours causing me to waste time driving to the center.

I have always been treated very well when I go there to practice. Topgolf is a great place to practice and improve your skills.

We have always had a great play & customer service experience at the TopGolf Orlando location! As a matter of fact we are going to go here today!

Doesn't allow you to view or double-check your reservations. Requires you to re-enter same info numerous times, so kind of a pain. Even though you register all members' phone numbers on a family/couples membership, it only recognizes one (and tries to charge you if don't use the right one) - and causes a lot of head-scratching when employees have to fix it. Needs some improvement.

Very user-friendly, and I love that you can control the TV and see the leader board from using the app!

Score reflects the app and not the location. Reserve bay function doesn't work, channel changer for bay doesn't work and you can't find the offers/coupons that come to your e-mail. Only thing it is only good for is for times and location. Google can do the same thing.

I like the ability to make reservations and see game history on the app without any issue of ads. When traveling I can easily switch locations to see the closest place to play. I don't get many notifications (1 per week) that drive me nuts with other apps and doesn't crash either.

I loved my first time there. The staff was awesome and so was tge food. Can't wait to go again
