Poor UX. Really hard to find out on the map which recently problem just did. The grouping isn't helping either. Please add possiblity for users to submit pictures of routes, so it's easier to identify. Also place reservation button on the landing page when switch gym. Add possiblity to save gyms in favorites. It's a bit annoying to switch between all 6 gyms in a city.
The colored grade bulbs do not zoom to larger size, on my phone they remain tiny. Can't read them. Latest version downloaded. Android 9, Sony Xperia xz2 compact.
Bugs on almost all screens. Extra star because because there are workarounds around some of the bugs. But it's the only app supported by my gym, so there's not much I can do.
Need to fill in my details every time i make a reservation, same for the partner, no idea how to use the routes (some gyms don't label which is which) so rather useles. Overall pretty basic and moderatly thought through.
Nice app! Just having problems with the help pages, they do not seem to render properly. I get to to see all the help page titles, lowercase and separated by dots.
I have a samsung note 10+,The app worked perfectly the first time I used it. But the 2nd time the app just won't load. All I get now is the toplogger logo with the pink loading circle for a minute the the screen goes white. Any suggestions?
Great at first and then... I can no longer access it. Just the spooling logo. Frustrating as after first try thought it was decent. Have tried reinstalling and on/off etc. to no avail.
The app it self seems decent but i cant make any reservations it just shows internal error every time i try and its annoying because i cant go climbing without a reservation and thats really ticks me of.
Pretty good in concept. It's a shame that one of the primary features, the graph showing your progress over time, doesn't work for me.
Good app but stopped working after a week. Goes into an infinite spinner on startup, sometimes with a 'failed to connect to the internet' message.
Very good app. It would be perfect if there was a filter to hide the routes that we have already finished.
Was working fine up until 2 weeks ago, where now it will not load. It gets stuck on the homescreen with the logo. I've tried uninstalling etc. But nothing has worked out :/
When I try to add more ticks after each other in the list view the drop down menu is closing instantly. Please fix.
It really helps me progress. I am also impressed by the amount of features and the completeness. Keep it up!
I really miss being able to share a specific problem, and having pictures on each problem.
Great app, very addicting to view your progress and rankings go up as you start to climb better :)
Nice, except that when you try to select a boulder on the gym's map, it often zooms out instead
Boulder history graph doesn't work for me. Can't work out why.
Awesome app. Seems to have stopped working on my pixel 4xl can this be fixed?
Great app but displays all boulders as reset frequently which is a pain....
So many captchas to fill in while using this app. It is ridiculous.
It would be great to be able to add photos of the climbs.

When does this work
Pretty good app. UX could be a little slicker. Essentially does what it needs to do. I'd like to be able to see a chronological list of all the routes I've sent, not just the top 10.
