*Worst App. Worst Service.* Never use this cab service. They show that the cab is 5 minutes away. But it's actually too far. When you request for a car or booking. The app shows after searching that no driver or cab is available near you even when it shows that a cab is available just 5 minutes away. They are just fooling us and our time. *WORST APP & SERVICE*

As per my experince with the cab service,this app dosen't deserve even a single star. But without a star google wont alow me to post As said by many,it is actually a waste of time. They are offering very low cost for their service but they are not actually giving any service😂😂. I tried to book a cab from several locations but never ever was successful to boom a cab even though it shows its onky 3 minutes away. A sincere appeal to the service provider.. either imprive service orr pul it down..

I can't even register at app. With previous updates it wasn't searching cabs later app got various updates i thought i would be working properly. Yesterday trying booking a cab. It showed that I had to register again so I entered my number there was nothing after that!! I wasn't getting ahead. I'm from Agra. Why do you launch app if it's not worth to work. Waste of time!!

network should be made more vast..... they need to make their app work fast..... the only advantage of this app is that it takes very affordable prices and in comparison to other cabs... and also the drivers should reach their destination as soon as possible...

worst app never finds the cab cant even press the YES button after filling the mobile with the new update. before it used to work but never found any cabs for me I tried over 10 times for different locations.

useless app. in whole day there is no cab available.moreover the app takes very long time to open and most of time doesn't able to search place. Disappointed. Today I tried 3 times to book ride but you failed every time. your reward money became useless at the time of need.

not getting any cab from this app..worst app only fooling the customers. I planned to go to my relative house and when i tried to book the cab they just showed the fair and then displayed no cabs available. i spent more than 30 min but didnt got a single cab. worst app not even like to give 1 star...😤😤

they are actually trying to fool their customers as when I downloaded the app I got a referral amount of rs 80 in my wallet and after some days...an sms arrived in my inbox to update the app to get new features but as soon as I updated the app...the referral amount got disappeared( that I received on downloading the app.... )....So this is how they are well playing their game with customers

FRAUD APP. After updating app, my wallet balance gone, even though i didn't take a ride. This is just a way to fool customers to download the app. Cab drivers never accept rides if they are 5 mins away. Waste of time so uninstalled it and won't recommend anyone to use it. Worst service and FAKE offers. Never download this bakwas app and waste your time.

worst app ever. hated . not even a single ride booked.. even adter showing near by availability. if booked after 100+ times ,they cancelled.. Highly unrecognisable

not good experience. i booked a cab and we struck in a traffic jam thats hardly 10 mins only and that's took a waiting charges apply on the amount which i has to pay Rs.105 but with the waiting charges apply on it i have to pay rs.150. 😡 that's means while we riding if we struck in a jam they apply the waiting charges on it. Making bill on it what was our fault in this.

Unable to Book any Cab from any of my phone even it is showing that cab is nearby. Very Bad App. Not user friendly.

Fraud taxi service. I referred and earned referral amount but they took my entire balance after updating app.. This is a fake company, don't refer anyone and get duped. Doing free promotions by making us fool to refer others. Time waste only in referring and got fooled by their fake referral amount. Don't download this app, it is a bekar and time waste app.

worst app whenever u book a cab from this worst app and the driver alloted for u always refuse to give a ride by saying that he cant come coz the driver is either fueling his cab or he is very far from us.. the driver always refuse to give a ride and always ask to cancel.....i ll suggest every user not to use this topride services otherwise u ll miss a bus or train or something else

DISAPPOINTED ☹️ Total waste of time. I tried many times to register on this app. It just that I was unable to receive the OTP. So, finally I uninstalled the app.

Very less cars in my city and it's difficult to book a ride in time because of that. Once booked, the driver denied to come because he was stationed at 20 km distance from my place.

The new app (Version 1.0.8) is not accepting any of my phone numbers. Always showing," Please enter valid mobile number" message. Please fix the bug and change your developer.

Worst app.. Not able to register.. Don't know how this app is live on playstore.. This is the worst app ever... After giving the phone number, the next button is not even working.

Happy with the improvements.. but they need to improve their arrival time.. taxi take too long to come. otherwise the ride is pretty comfortable and rates are cheap

Worst app. Too many bugs. Can't search drop location. and takes too much time to search cabs

booked my first ride, driver called me and asked for the location, as asked i informed, he instantly said book another ride as thi location is just 5 km away and i wont b earning much and disconnected the call. i called customer support and informed them about this rude behaviour of driver they replied that driver have authority to cancel the ride if he do not want to go to any particular location. first impressions is the last impression. uninstalled your app, your services need a fresh update

Fraud Company... After i update my wallet balance became zero. Wasted my time installing this cheat app. Doing free advertisement by cheating people and deducting wallet balance. Not worth one star. Worst, waste and Cheat app👎👎👎

I updated this app and it blew off all the old data and all the wallet money. this is the worst app i have experienced of. i don't want to give a single star here.

Application is not step forword after enter Mobile No. since last update. same issue is occurring even after reinstall the app.

This is the most useless application because when it started in our city then customers were lured that share money and make money booking from those money. But when everyone downloaded this application, then everyone asked for their application for update. top ride is most usless application to ola

worst app i have ever use. they provide worst service to the customers and every time i found no taxi and if I got a cab the driver itself cancelled it .

worst app. drivers book the cabs by their own, cabs are not booked according to customer. i mail customer care about my problem and now today, after 3-4 weeks they didn't reply ke yet.

its one of the worst app i had ever used m trying to book a cab but this app is not responding even after re install the app is not working.

topride cabs provides good services and the driver are so kind every time feel awesome i really loved it and the fare is so cheap.....
