I think it's foolish how you register and an email address is never mentioned but then when you sign in it asks for your email address . whaaaat the _____ . I really dislike when apps aren't good. I was looking forward to using this app since I shop at tops often. can someone fix it. I'm going to uninstall but I may try again at a later time
Used to like this app because I could create a list based on the ad, but that function is no longer an option. To make things even more frustrating, now the only way to view the ad is to look at the individual pages. There is no longer a list of the page items provided, and there is no way to enlarge the page view to be able to read the details. I no longer have any use for this app woth the current format. Why the change? This just makes things less user friendly.
Update is TERRIBLE ☹. Every time I add an item to my shopping list it takes me out of the add to a page where it confirms that the item has been added, then I have to tell it to go back to the add (which causes a delay with EVERY addition to my shopping list). Loved this app....now it's a pain to make a shopping list...
I am very unhappy with this update . Useful features like being able to create a shopping list have been eliminated. The ad pages can't be expanded. It is just short of usless.useless. Fortunately the scanable bonus card feature remains.
They changed their app just recently and it us not as easy to use as the previous one when it comes to compiling a weekly shopping list. But like everything in life, there is a learning curve.
Absolutely useless. The app looks like it's from KitKat and hasn't been updated since. Moreover, there is legitimately zero functionality in the app, as my valid Tops username and password do not work, though it did on my browser.
What a piece of trash app this is. It would not even let me create an account. No way to do it . I kept pushing create and it would direct me to sign in . Awful just awful. How can a company even support this kind of rubbish. This is directed right to the top brass at Tops Market. If you want to know what a super market app should be take a look at Publix. You might learn something.
This app will not let me log back in. It keeps saying that my email or password is wrong. I have changed it multiple times and it still won't let me log in to use my Tops card. Please fix this bug!!
Can't imagine how this could be useful. I want to use an app to make a shopping list at home, based on what items are available at my local store and to find them once I arrive at the store. The shopping list function provides no information on what items are actually available at my store. What good is that?
Worst & useless app Gone to store near me.. Manger explain it doesn't apply in the store.No scan,no shopping list.no coupon that's only starter. Now look at other reviews on this..Was loyal shopper even when they were A&P... That's more than 20 years.Now switch to /////.
Cant login only register. Useless app. Cant access anything in regards to points and settings due to inability to login. The store itself is amazing the app not so much 🤷♀️
Does not work. Won't allow me to login, although I can login to their full site on a browser. Hasn't been updated in over a year, so not likely to be fixed anytime soon
Worst, most frustrating app. Cannot even fully access functions that supposedly require same password as website. Also Won't let me create new account. Don't the designers try out apps before releasing to public?
Complete waste of time. You can't use it because it won't accept your bonus number. Apparently, the concept of allowing users to scan the card in never occurred to these idiots.
App won't let me create an account. My bonus card number does not seem to work. My Bonus card number that appears on my receipt has 11 numerals but the app seems to only want 10.
Useless. No ability to retrieve account password without card. No ability to register new account without a card. Just use the card.
I'm not sure what happened, but can't make lists with the ad anymore. Makes this app pretty useless.
I couldn't even get past register. The app does not recognize my plus card number and we've been using it for years!!!
Doesn't recognize login. Can't create account from app. Can only view account and add coupons on the website.
Can log into website but app tells me either oops, i don't exist or wrong info. Reset and tried many times I give up just won't us app.
This app needs in store maps. Wegmans, Target, and Wal-Mart are years ahead of you!
I was hoping I could sign up to get a new card since I can't get to the store because im disabled and its not like instacart will do it for me so this app is useless to me
Won't let me log in on the app tell me my info in wrong but when I type the same info on the computer its work so I dislike this app but I had to rate so i gave it 1 star
Bonus card can only be applied for in person? All you need is an email address and physical mailing address, but you need to print a form and bring it to the Customer Service office instead of just being able to sign up online.
Horrible. The app stopped working and the manager was unable to help me.
Everytime I try to login to check my points it tells that theirs no email or my card number doesn't match my account please fix ur App
Lost the ability to create shopping lists on my phone! That was one of the main reasons for getting the app. Could never back out properly either. There are also times of ecoupons not coming off when marked. Many bugs that have more recently popped up! And whatever is going on w/ Flipp, that needs to be fixed too!
