TOPS Food Exchange Tracker

Wish there were food examples, types, amounts listed as exchanges. I downloaded this app to use to enter my food but I'm still going to have to carry cards and examples around in order to know how Mich of each to put in each category. Not impressed. Will probably go back to journal and cards. This app doesn't make tracking easier.

This app is ridiculous. TOPS is a great program that uses an exchange program in all of their documentation. I expected much more from a company like this in their official app that they charge for... There is nothing here. No guidance, no food look-up, no exchange calculator... Really guys. You can do better than this.

It's OK if you are familiar with the exchange program. I use it on conjunction with another, free, food tracker that gives me more extensive info.

app is handy since it goes anywhere you take your phone like eating out, parties etc. but I'd rather write my food down. But, i think it can a very good tool for someone, just not me. i haven't had any app problems

Used to work on my Pixel XL but since upped to Pixel 3XL it won't move past the opening splash screen. Pls fix cuz this is a great app for food exchanges.

Sad that this didnt work. I have a Note 10 + and it would not load passed the opening screen. Shame.

It's working now! I'm excited to learn the tops system. I think this app will be a good support for me. Thanks to the tech team who answered all of my questions and concerns.

This app does not open on my Google Pixel 2XL.

Very buggy. You have to restart your phone almost each time you use it. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing it. Very disappointing.

Works well, couldn't believe how simple it was review each tab and you're good to go.

Very simple and easy to use to keep track of exchanges and activities each day. Have loved the cards...what a great enhancement.

I love that it helped me track my food with out the exchange cards. I always have my phone with me. Also I can log my exercise.

I would recommend this app ..I wanted to make sure I was getting enough of each food item, and this does it for me

I have been waiting for SO LONG for TOPS to put this out. Amazingly easy system based of the ADA system. Use it and LOSE IT! Thanks TOPS.😊 adding in a few features would be great. To spice it up but it'll do. I wish I had an active chapter around.

I think that you can get more info from the cards. Not worth the price.

I find it very useful once you are familiar with the portion sizes of a serving. Very convenient when traveling.

I cant open the app without having to turn my phone off then back on.. I have to do this every time have to record. Other then that i like the app

Can't plan your own exchange per day options. Can't track weight. Most important was that it didn't run right on my phone. Only logged one day and would not advance to the next. Date was highlighted but did nothing when I pressed on it. Better apps out there.

It's ok. Most of the time it takes numerous tries to get the app to actually open to work. Wish it ran smoother.
