Once again the update today has removed certain pages. In addition, changes to brand, category etc is useless, I don't have time for that. I expect a quick view of all products from country and use search for specifics. This design is intended to keep customers searching and may sale other items. It does exactly the opposite and wastes time. So, from simple to time wasting. You need a real it specialist. About time you got one. Deliveries are terrible again.... Soree av no staff. Lol. Useless

Promotion filter now fully broken. Adding the product category etc filters is great, and long overdue. However now it's not possible to just look at promotion 2 for 1 (as example). While I can choose 2 for 1 promotion as a filter, it still shows me a thousand items that are not 2 for 1.

First time reviewing an app and I wish there is an option for zero star. Took forever to complete an order. It took me 2 mins to add an items, while almost an hour to complete the whole cart. Then all in sudden there was an error that the whole cart that I spent an hour on completely disappeared. SO DISAPPOINTING. Go happy fresh, go Tesco, go somewhere else!!

Horrible delivery folks. Called 7 times in a row, 2h before delivery, can't pick up but keep on calling. Upon arrival, rudely complained that I didn't pick up. The address is in the order, why this attitude? The app works fine but if I need to deal with these folks again, I'd rather shop somewhere else.

Cant create account. Error message every time on Android 12. I tried 10 times including uninstalling and reinstalling. The one app used to have problem as well, Developper, dont you feel shame? This big company keeps deliver fail apps.

App works in English. But there's tons of products missing from the catalogue. Products I know exist in tops and those I buy constantly. A lot of the products are also missing adequate description and some even missing photos of all sides of the packaging which is really important when youre buying a product for the first time. Still one of the only super markets with an English interface. Good start. I hope to see this platform improve and evolve over time.

Very bad user experience. It's very slow and you have to wait too long for each item to be in the basket. Everything is soooo slow. You would think that tops could afford better programmers. This application is just trash and so time consuming. I multiple times checked out with a full basket only to be crashing and then having to start from scratch! Please, go and improve this application! You can't just let your customers spend and entire hour to finish their groceries! I'm disapointed!

This app is a joke. After spending half an hour on ordering the things it will randomly fail at the payment step and empty your basket. When you try to reorder then some items are not there. Coupons for promotion mostly don't work even when being advertised in the app at the same time. In the end you get a phone that part of the items you ordered are not available. Save yourself a bit of time and go to a regular store instead.

Useful, but lots of room for improvement. Can be very sluggish on occasion. I have often selected items that turned out not to be in stock. Not a full selection of anything (meat, fruit, vegetables etc.) Suggestion: Add the option of updating (adding to the order) after checkout but before fulfilment. (As in "Darn, I forgot toothpaste. Please add to my order"). This is oossible because card is not charged until the order is packed).

App keeps crashing!!! Mediocre at best, old website is better. unable to view picture. unable to order in incremental of 0.1kg. search and without filter for long list. Unable to sort list by name or discounts. TIME out too quickly, after you've selected your delivery slot, before you can finished input card details, notes and coupons, it's time out and try again. Need to extend timeout at least 180 seconds

It was so frustrating to use the apps. It shows that it accept caredit/debit card payment but actually it didn't. Even after talking to their customer service I was recommended to do something on the apps to solve my problem but the option is not actually exist in the apps itself.

this app is incredibly sluggish and many items are difficult to find,also product information /ingredients aren't shown. tops service is good but the app let's them down, needs serious attention, if you select all categories it is impossible to scroll to the bottom without crashing. Try searching for onions hahaha good luck with that

A total disaster! The ordering process was straight forward. However, 40% of my order was not in stock as advertised so I would have to go to a physical shop anyway. So what's the point. As I had already paid. I decided to receive the order at the agreed time. The driver arrived on time with someone else's order. My order was nowhere to be found. Three days later, I am still waiting for an explanation, apology & credit card refund. I sent a complaint to Tops CS as yet, I have received no reply.

All about the app, not the service. It keeps asking me to update to the newer version but there's no update button. It brought me to Play store which only has "uninstall" and "open" button. When I chose "open" it brought me back to the app which still asked me to update again!

New version App itself is faster and I like product categorization which is user friendly but the problem is with server overload because of covid-19 everyone using it. I face slow browsing even on website. But if you browse other than rush it will be faster both on APP and Website. Server upgrade is highly recommended.

Update 2: the order was marked delivered but never delivered thank God I couldn't link my bank card. Update: Started using the app paying cash. There's always something missing from the order and an order I had for today from 10-12 hasn't arrived and it's 1. I have to leave but I can't cancel because the live chat isn't working. The payment system was failing, reorder wouldn't work, and customer service instead of helping me discover the issue told me wait and pay cash then disconnected the helpline. Horrible customer service per usual.

too slowwwwwwwwwww when u put too much photo , u have to make sure that it necessary for high resolution all those stuffs. You Data base with branches are also poor. it spend more than 2 mins to even complete basket for 1 updated item. if this is under developed , keep goingggggggg you far beyond the successful step than rival
