Been using well for 3 years or more untill recently now have to pay for the cloud server. At last the replay now works. I had reinstalled previous version as it worked on that one. Where keeping a backup is handy. As from yesterday this newer version working well. Replays all files ok with good imaging since paying for the cloud server no longer free.

This has always been a great app however since its last update it seems to upload the entire contents of the phone, eats battery and heats the phone. I have found a way to get by this problem, ANDROID USESRS, log in to your (local login) CCTV as usual then on exit tap and hold the TopsView app, tap app info then force stop. Clear the app from background. Works well for me on Samsung S9. Happy viewing.

Horrible app! Since the last update I can not change the camera settings to HD anymore and the app stays on in the background even when closed. I have to keep going into my settings and forcing it to stop, otherwise it drains the battery withing 2 hours..

I am having alot of problems as the app is not working over the mobile data. It's only connecting while on the Wi-Fi connection to which the DVR is connected.

Cannot use fo 4G and playback Hi, if anyone know to fix these , please tell me. I cannot use for streaming via 3G and 4G ( connection time out 4110) but wifi has worked. and about timeline play back, cannot work.

Heating the phone and eating the battery very fast. Helped only after force stopping the application. After appearing the "exit or not" window, don't press any button, force exit from the application.

drains a lot of battery, phone over heats. have to force stop it manually. use to work fine before. I'd like to see the app go back to a older build. less problems

Go on, boots me off, come off and the app forces itself open just to close again. How am I meant to keep an eye on my property when I can check the cameras longer than 20seconds.

Great for viewing the cctv but uses up mobile phone internal storage and drains battery life too if used for long periods of time.

why I am not able to see cctvs over static public IP with this app while it is possible to view camaras fram local LAN with dvr ip? Also i have done port forwarding 80, 34567 and both of them are open. It is also possible to see cameras with windows internet explorer with public ip but not with mobile

we at first it work great on my Samsung s5 then l had a upgrade and it stop work so l got a other app cctv work well then l update my phone Samsung s8 ccvt works well till l put my phone in for repair on the camera and they did a upgrade my phone firmware now it dose not work can anyone tell me what app will work now l did topview no good.

It's harmful for your mobile It always uses Internet background And it needs a lot of permissions such as camera ,microphone ... My phone turns hot when i installed this application

APP Stop working everytime I turn it on. The previous version was working great. How can I go back to older version?
