It's a good one. But please it will be much better if the receiver gets a credit alert. And also try and improve in the payment system. Most times I make payments,i will have to wait before I get credited or sometimes I have to notify through Whatsap group. I recommend the App for everyone.

Okay. This App used to be superb, but I don't know now. Payment via ATM card has not been functional for sometime now. It still remains the fastest means to top up. Other options provided works,but are slower than the ATM option and are 3rd party dependent. I have not recharged for sometime now as a result. Please activate the ATM option.

😪😪😪i read about this app on goggle and i understand it could be of a help to a student .i downloaded the app with the aim of making income but i ended up being defraud . I can't belive i sent money to the account ,it does not reflect as usuall i decide the call the customer care no response,i email them no relly ,i texted on whatsapp no reply . I learnt from this in a hard way.

Avoid this scam app at all costs. I deposited money into my wallet for the past 5 days and I have to wait for a dumb admin to manually fund my wallet after 3 days when it was supposed to be automatic. As though the wallet funding experience wasn't enough, I decided to use the fund to make a purchase and again, the transaction was processing for another 2 days before the admin cancelled the transaction manually after complaining. I finally decided to withdraw my money and again, I couldn't. Scam

I have never seen a very useless app like this on the store. It takes forever to send a code even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I just wasted my data downloading. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND DATA TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THIS USELESS APP.

I have been using this app for over a year now , the issue of payment is issue here, since . morning I made transfer to my bank account,I was debited uptill now I am yet to be credited,I called customer care she told me that she will work on it,till now notting.Is so annoying, and frustrating.please you people should work on it

Someone cannot use this app for business because the payment system is not working at all, you have to validate the ATM i think that will be very fast nd better imagine I've payed since morning and my wallet is yet to be credited what if i wanr to sell card then? Just credit my account for the last time b/c I won't use the app again

Great, it's quite fast and reliable. Just that I sometimes get issues with registration code thats the OTP when I re-install the app, that has kept me out of it for sometime now though.

TopUp Africa is great. the only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because of poor customer service. sometimes last year I made two payments of 1k each, I was only credited for 1k, i called, and spoke with different customer service agents, at the end of the day nothing was done, I was robbed of my 1k.

Why does it take long for me to activate it, since on 18th January have been trying yet have not seen any code. Please work on it, very frustrating to be wasting my mb daily trying to activate it.

Several attempt to register and the required OTP was never sent. The app has become useless from what i used to know it for... Uninstalling asap... It cannot be occupying space when it's not working

This app is totally rubbish!! How will you be experiencing recharging problem every time To topuo account na problem. Almost every time. One will. Call you, to respond na problem. You will see Whatsapp message, read but won't respond

Its been a nice experience so far but I topped up my electricity prepaid meter and it showed that i got a commission of #100 which was not reflected in my profit balance so i would like to know where it is. And i trued reaching out to you through all the customer support but none replied. And the email address was not supported.

I can't even create or login to my existing account on this app. When i clicked in my number, it was not sending me the sms code. I even tried to create a new account, d same problem. Unable to receive sms code

Doesn't send sms code. Been on it since yesterday. Had to uninstall and reinstall it, still nothing. No sms. Rubbish!!!

Your service is near excellent but wallet funding is not easy for some banks; please resolve and get five star for overall excellence.

A sweet App with speed performances. But need more sharp way of verifying of credit made to a wallet.

I deposited money and it reflected the next day. I was so worried and I even thought the app is scam. Please fix this issue.

Used it before and it was working accurately not until when mistakenly deleted it, since then i've not been able to log in

Are you guys sleeping? this app is not sending code to register new device. How long will it take you to rectify this error? this 1 star is for me to be able to post this comment

The app is the best.... Love it so much and they have improved on the code thing incase you change your phone.

Very useless app. Don't bother downloading they will never send you code for registration.

I can't be waiting for Jesus and still waiting for the damn code. It don't add up. Fix that pls. I can't believe i wasted data to get this app.
