TopUp: Easy Mobile Recharge App

Why the message shows "This time we are not taking online payment " as a result i couldn't recharge my mobile number for long time. If you solve this problem i will keep the apps otherwise i will uninstall it. Below rating was in 2019 when your app was good. Using this app is very simple . and i got my bonus point as desired and recharge on my number from that bonus point. nothing to report bad. very good app for mobile recharge.

It is very bad app, the app charged 10 tk from me. But when I was going to recharge my number it was not possible. And now when I'm going to open the app, the only showing blank page. Does not have any option.

No clear instructions/user manual to use the feature. For n example, i have 60 points and what i can do with it or how it can be used is not defined. poor app.. thinking to remove it soon. reply to your comment: will you please try to recharge from points and let me know the process with diagram please.

The app detect the mobile operator automatically by number prefix. As I have changed my mobile operator by MNP system without changing my number. I can't topup from this app. Please enable a system to select the operator manually instead of automatic operator detection system. So that MNP user can also able to topup from this app.

The app is average good. As a user i like the app for its bonus payback. But the main problem is the top up sometime can not get. I top up and history said completed. But dont get the balance.

Balance feature is very important & also very handy. TopUp is super fast. Support team is also very much helpful. Definitely recommended.

This is a nice app. I have got 10% bonus on recharge each time. Also got some bonus balance from it without spending a single penny.

i have made a Top up of Tk. 300/= but the offered 10% wasn't given, thereafter i have called the customer but so far 2 weeks has been passed but no reply or no resolution from their end till now,........ thereafter i tried to reach their given customer care number over the last 3-4 days but found switched off...this is totally unexpected. So, i am going to delete this app forever..

Worst app in terms of log in issue. First time i installed this app last day. Since then i Couldn't able to log in, OTP doesn’t work. OTP verification is the worst.

Worst app ever to recharge. They are advertising 100% bonus on first recharge but they will give you nothing and if you make a complaint to CS they will never reply and if you post a comlaint on their FB post they will delete it within one second.

After update on 07/03/20 i can't login.i lost my balance of 270tk.It require bangladesh mobile number to login.but before i logged with my Saudi Arabia mobile number. I call there support number but they don't respond. Not a good thing. Hopefully they will help me. Thanks

if you are all not ready to provided perfectly then why lunch this app? Their Don't have transaction successful notification. Don't have payment summery . contact number off . charging more from credit card. what the bloody services . remove your App right now. Once you are perfectly ready then published .

The most of the services are now disable.Like virtual card, website of this application & proper support option. Which is most speacial reason of this app.But now the service is disabled.I cannot access this service.please support me to how to get the support?

Dont install this rubbish. I was trying to recharge first time after just installing app. I have 10+ option to recharge my mobile. I was just checking this app. I'm totally disapointed. Alreay uninstalled from my phone.

Cannot connect to internet. Tried with broadband as well as cellular data. Both failed.

It requires 1. Pasting phone number in recharge window copying from messaging or others place. 2. Any contact can contain 2 or more number, but it retrieves only the default number of the contacts.

This is really a nice app and user friendly also. You can get reacherge from anywhere. No tension, do recharge.

Recharge was smooth & successful first time. 2nd time recharge using bonus points took less than 1 sec. Surprised!

very nice app .. using from the start ... and the app is becoming more practical and matured by the latest updates. Keep it simple but friendly .

Please add skitto recharge option. Skitto is a gp digital sim. And the minimum recharge limit should be 5 taka as we have many internet activation offer for less than 10 taka.
