flow data is unreliable. I paid 4900 for a 30 day plan and yet their is no service and no refund.
Works like a charm and the bonuses are pretty handy. Much better than other carriers.
Jeff cast switch to digicel. Everything about lime is poor there cable there internet. I use to have there cable and internet at the time they had some illegal channels alot of the channel come off and we still had to pay the full bill amount. That's why I switch. They still give me a bad taste in my mouth. There is a new cable company coming out I can't wait to find out if it's better than these too goons so call cable companies. Choose any one my friend none is better than the other not one...
A lot of negative reviews made me hesitant to install this app. I took a chance and the experience was perfectly fine. I didn't top-up, but instead renewed a plan. That was very straightforward. It was intuitive, but I am not yet able to figure out how to initiate autopay. That's why I haven't given it 5 stars. I should be able to select the recipient from the "Recents" list and enable/disable autopay using something like a checkbox. The page mentions "Auto Renew" but it is not clickable.
What is the purpose of a flow Lend app if it's not lending anything, the purpose of the lending is so people can pay back when they have cash available. This app ain't no different from me going and pay for a top up at the gas station, I prefer the other one, at least if I was strap for cash I could put on a plan and pay back the money later, as for the points I accumulated it was a waste cause they weren't going towards anything, you all need to go back to the drawing board
The app was good for awhile, it used to show mobile data balance suddenly it stop.
Why can't you guys keep the app in a state where everyone satisfied? Everytime oonu try Fi remove the plan purchase option. Why? Look like oonu really want people to switch to Digicel.

Can't use PayPal or lynk to make payments and yet their data is frequently compromised. Meaning my UK bank cancel my cards when ever I put them in this app
My issue is i have tomanually renew my plan every week inorder to get roll over minutes. I wish my minutes would roll over when the plan automatically renews every week.
Took my money for a plan and refuses to credit the plan and still has my money. Also topped $1500 yesterday after waking to zero balance., for it to take it all and be zero by the end of the day. FLOW seem to steal a lot of money somehow
The app is easier to use. I just would like if there was an option in the app where i can send credit from my balance to another phone number.
Unable to top up my own account with my own money to make an urgent overseas call. Customer service gave no satisfactory explanation as to why this should be happening. Have had to go and purchase another chip to conduct my business.
Trying to set up new account and it just loops around! Can't continue. I did contact you and it still doesn't work! I know the answer, go to another provider
It was perfectly fine, linking multiple numbers and being able to check the credit or data balance of each, now idk why but i can't see the data balance ..i have a hotspot and i needed that feature pleeeasssee..otherwise, everything else is good.
Only problem I have with this app the credit options are too expensive
Love this app, i have been using this app over a year now. I don't have any issues with it, i don't even remember what a phone card looks like. Only issue i have is that the minimum amount to top up is $650. Please allow for the minimum to drop to $100. my reason for saying this is because i only top up with the 28 days unlimited plan and just the other day i wanted some credit to send an international text message....... I had to top up $650 and now i have an additional $600 on excess credit.
I tried buying credit from this app on Friday. I made 2 attempts the first one was giving me error message. I got the credit on the second attempt. The following day I tried putting on a 28days plan for $1800. It wasn't available so I went back to the app to purchase more credit. This time I made 3 attemps ( 2 error messages and 1 successful). My bank was charged for all 5 attempts. I'm currently in the process of recovering my cash. It also doesn't show accurate credit balance.
Awful. This app consistently gives the wrong information about data plan balances. It gives you the wrong time of data plan expiry and as a result all of my credit was run off while i thought my data plan was still active. Even as im typing this, the app is telling me i still have data left and the time hasn't expired as yet. This has happened before, but ive only now realized that the app was responsible through misinformation.
Honestly, this is just really convenient for me because I can top up/activate a plan/and many others on the go. I really like this
bought a 7 day plan and internet - turn the phone on the first notification you have used 70% of daily allowance!!!
convenient for won't credit and data
I am able to top up but I'm unable to link my phone and recently all the prices are in US dollars. Is this a jamaican company or a US one? I do not earn my pay in US dollars.
If I could have chosen 0 stars I would. I send credit monthly to Jamaica from canada....I have never had any issues. For the past 10 times I have tried to send money with my visa...gives an error "currency code". I have always chosen canadian currency. All 10 times money was charge to my credit card then reversed. Did send a message through the app, and yet to get an answer back. Will never use this app again. Waste of time.
Unnecessary. I have uninstalled this app multiple timee. This time, its for good. The browser can be used to accomplish the same tasks. 1. You do not need data to use the digicel app. You need data to use the flow app. 2. The promotions advertised in the app do not apply. Customer service says i must get a text message. I see no advantage over the browser. Save your storage for somethibg else.
I am still waiting on my refund after I attempted to top up and recieved an error saying the payment wasnt processed and tried again twice only to discover i had been charged 3 times for the same plan . Luckily I took screenshots so whenever you feel ready to do whats right let me know untill then this app isn't one i would recommend anyone trust.
For 20+ years ive been a loyal flow customer.. The customer service is poor. The bundles are expensive for the amount of data you get and flow hardly looks out for loyal customers... Im tired of it all and i would recommend to anyone to switch to a next phone provider..
