The ride was very affordable and amazing. The stops were so easy.

The top view was good for when we could use it. Buses were packed but that is to be expected. Finding th liberty cruise correct line was difficult. The directions on the app are bad. They get you lost and the times are not accurate. Then it deleted my ticket when I still had a day left on it.

Was ok. The busses seemed to be older than the other brands running in the area also not as frequent. The 3 day pass is only good if you get up early each day to utilise it for the maximum hours. The night tour is not hop on hop off. It's a one way trip.The boat tour to statue of liberty is nowhere near the port and once againdifferent to the boat to the island. at $89 a person is expensive for tourists from Aus as the conversion is in excess of $200Aus. complimentary earphones and poncho

The app works fine and it is easy to use. I recommend create a new menu where the user can view the exact necessary addresses to enjoy the activities. Like the address of the bike rental. I've had to access the website to know the address when I was at Central Park.

The app just doesnt work!! I had to show our driver the verification code I got in my email instead because the app kept saying it needed to update when it did not have a more recent version. The tours themselves were really good but this app is garbage

I'm upgrading my review to 3 stars, after having a pleasant discussion with their customer service to resolve the problem. But I'm holding off on going higher than 3 stars just yet. We'll see how well the actual usage goes next week. Original post: I'm having the same difficulty that Ernest Saiz mentioned in his review. I downloaded the tickets I purchased, but they do not show up in the app. And I see on their website that THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

App update 6-24-21. The app forced an update for today and you cannot view your tickets. When you try to read download code or re-scan QR Code it says tickets have already been downloaded. And for some reason you cannot view them so you are out of luck. Even under the my ticket tab there is nothing available. It wants you to purchase or redownload tickets, which is not doing it. Bought my tickets yesterday 6 at around noon and can even use them as of right now Somebody needs to fix this ASAP!

Great app. Completely eliminates the need for paper tickets and makes getting on and off the buses a quicker / easier experience.

App NEVER worked. We were never able to upload our tickets. I spent the first half of our tour trying to get the thing to load. I showed the driver the receipt for our tickets which he accepted. He was great!

They use false advertising. In their flyers they stated that the tickets for the liberty statue are $49.00 this is wrong, the real value for tickets are $25.00. Not only that but when they sale the tickets they stated that their bus services are every 15 minutes completely false... they lied about the time of operation of their buses as well. They have a refund term thst stated that people has 7 days to request!! They are refusing to provide the refund. Stay away from this company

The app is easy to use and very useful while in NYC. The only problem was link to walking directions to the bus stop never worked.

Horrible company. Bought 48 hr pass, been two hours haven't been able to get on bus. We are here two days to see NYC. These people scammed and have no refund policy even if they over sell or have issues. 8+grayline buses for every topview. Pay the extra for the other tour!

Couldn't download the app. Tried the onboard WiFi but no luck. Tried at hotel, still no luck. Tried mobile data, still no luck. Other apps worked so know the phone is accessing the internet

A great way to access their tours without having to worry about paper tickets. Used it for a 3 day pass and worked pretty good.

No support / information privided by any TOP VIEW staff. Everywhere mentioned free Wi Fi but when we boarded the bus then we came to know thats for 10 min only in a day. such a shame. Wrong information provided to customers. Big Bus have good anouncers on thier buses and they intreract with customers & make journey entertaining with live intrection. Your app not was working, no live information of buses available, not able to reserve seat for liberty boat ride through app. Worst experience ever.

Dreadful to download. Purchased 24 hours ago still trying to download our 48 hour pass. Total waste of money being unable to use. Disgusted and wasted 90 dollars. Will be requesting a refund.

Bus driver used foul language in yelling at a cab driver with children present. Hard to get on and off especially at the end of the day. Bus broke down on the night tour. Although, Jason at the Liberty Cruise was awesome and a big help. He was very accommodating.

Very disorganized, it was very evident no one had any idea what their job was. More waiting than driving, not worth the $80

gps locator does not work. buses are crammed full . bus stops are not clearly marked. on bus commentary is rubbish, there's more music than commentary

It just didn't not work after several times when doing the scheduling fir the cruise for liberty stature..

app crashed, didn't load the tickets barcode. wasted time trying to find their office on our 1st day in nyc

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought a 3 day pass and the line for the bus was 1 hour long and I reserved a cruise at 4:45 when I got ther at 3:45 I was told to come back at 6 o'clock. No one apologized and the guy telling us to come back was super rude about it!!! But they already have they money so they dont care... I Want my money back!!!!!

Agency offers papet tickets..if you bought tickets online or Groupon..so which we cannot import our tickets to app.. So its useless and not Worthy..
