Works as it should when connects. Fails to connect and crashes more often than not. Just keep trying, having connected once it then shows web-pages smoothly.
Application has an issue using proxy's when browsing a page pops up saying proxy refused connection, this continuously happens even after closing and opening the browser. Clearing the cache and cookies doesn't help it's is an internal error
app used to run great but lately, I get random notifications that it stopped when it's not even running and when it is, pages don't fully load without refreshing multiple times
Sorry to advise but app just opens for a fraction of a second and then crashes. Let me know once fixed and maybe I will try again and update my review. Thanks
App is good for private searching but not for anonymous login processes. Causes keyboard pop up to malfunction horribly..same with the original app. Please fix this issue with Tor. I fully support anonymous networking and advise it..this app would receive 5 * ratings if lag and keyboard issues are fixed
Like the other tor, will not connect most of the time using a bridge or not. Needs to be withdrawn and completely redone.
Are you ever going to fix the constant crashing on this POS?!! Every time that I back out of Tor to run ANY other app on my phone this thing crashes!!
For some reason the fonts are not loaded properly on my S22 Ultra. Renders the adoption of the browser impossible.
It shut it self off it takes me 6 tries to open it finally open when downloading if I go to another page app shuts down
I love the desktop version, but there are a few problems (although minor) that I have with this mobile version. First, when I change my home page, it reverts to about:tor after I restart the app. I imagine this is a quick fix, so it's not too big of a problem. The second problem is that the network speed on the mobile version seems to be even slower than the desktop version. Finally, I have a quick suggestion: I think the browser should have a built in QR code reader for secure link sharing.
Very good program, no problems establishing and maintaining a connection to the Tor Network and accessing restricted websites. There are a few small bugs: -I wish there was an option in the settings to automatically connect to the Tor Network when the application is started, instead of requiring the user manually click the onion-shaped "START" button. I only launch this app on my device when I intend to connect to the Tor Network, it would make sense to connect-on-launch. -There is an option in the settings the user can uncheck to disable Always-On Notifications, but the option does not seem to work. -The "save file" or "save image as" options on webpages does not work. Maybe the application is saving the images somewhere deep in the applications folder, I don't know. But there is nothing in the standard downloads folder in Android, this is inconvenient for most users. Overall though this application does the job, and does it much more smoothly that having to use Orbot and Orfox separately.
I would rate about 4 stars if the app worked. this app and the other tor browser app stopped working for me today.
It works well, except for one thing: I often get rejected on YouTube with an "unusual traffic" message. I wish the browser would check YT connectivity before assigning an exit point. This error sometimes happens repeatedly, and the only cure is to close the browser, restart it, and hope that you get an exit point that YouTube (Google) "likes". Also, it would be nice if you could specify the country for the exit point as well.
It's all still acceptable. The connection is fast, secure, and anonymous. The problem is I can't save image everytime I clicked "save image". I don't know if it's a bug or purposedly made like that, but if it isn't a feature then just remove the option to save image.
I love this app, but ever since I updated it this last time, it glitches out about 3 seconds after I try to connect to the Tor network, the furthest i have gotten it to connect to Tor since then before it stops is 10% bootstraped. I hope that this can be resolved because I would very much like to be able to get back to using this as my browser, as it is by far, my favorite option for a browser that is secure and has been stable up until this last update.
Works great, rarely crashes, I feel more secure using Tor on Android.
Working almost all my devices just fine. But not OnePlus 7t pro. Wierd
it's ok but it messes up could be a bad one to play with I feel it ain't as private as it rollplays out to be
Keeps dropping out everytime i try to connect please fix this problem cheers.
Has bug since update and doesn't load or function ...always crashes
Only complaint is I can't use with VPN as it connects to mostly EU servers. Otherwise it's the only android browser that has fingerprint protection.
Just downloaded. Can't even open the app. Not too impressed.
It's a good app. Just need a different phone to run it better
Absolutely love this version of tor, it connects way faster than the normal version. I know it's work in progress but some times I have problems with images not appearing when opening a website (problem solved after reloading the page) and some external video links. But still love the app.
Updated version is garbage. OverSimplified version took away server selector. Now no longer able to connect quickly, has been sitting without proper connection for over 10 minutes. Absolutely garbage! Edit: does not connect. App is 100% useless. Stick to version 60.5.1 it's far more efficient and actually works
App no longer works since the last update. It crashes just after opening. If I can click connect, it crashes. If Ian even connect, it crashes. If I'm lucky, I can load ONE page before either the app crashes or I get proxy server error messages. And you guys want me to make this my default browser?! Lol, how about NO. I'm absolutely disgusted. Because your latest "update" also wiped all my bookmarks. Thank you SO much for this wonderful browsing experience 😡
