Torque Plugin for PROTON cars
This is the free version with limited sensors/parameters and features. More parameters (a lot more..!) and features are available in the paid version, soon to be released. Make sure you watch this space...!

Prerequisite:
1. This is a Torque plugin. You need to get Torque installed in your device. This plugin will NOT work alone.2. You need ELM327 compliant adapter. Make sure you do not use ELM327 version 2.1 which does not support k-line communications. Get adapters confirmed to work from me or from ahmad hamidon.
Installation procedures:
This plugin is for Proton cars. New vehicles with CFE engine does not require any setup. Vehicles with older CAMPRO and CPS engines are supported and requires special setup as below:
1. This plugin requires full access to OBD device. Check the 'Allow plugin full access' in Settings --> Plugins
2. Create a new vehicle profile in Torque. Under Menu, select 'Vehicle Profile'. then click 'create new profile'...,
3. Name the profile 'PROTON'. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Show advance settings'
4. Scroll to the bottom. In 'Preferred OBD Protocol' select 'ISO 14230(fast init,10.4baud)'
5. Click 'Save'
6. Create another vehicle profile and name it 'Blank' scroll to the bottom and 'Save'. Do not put any advanced settings
7. Select the Proton CPS vehicle profile you created earlier every time you want scan CAMPRO engines other than CFE by tapping on Menu --> 'Vehicle Profile'-->select the ones that you created. For other vehicles, use the 'Blank' profile.
8. Create custom PIDs from Settings --> Manage extra PID/Sensors --> tap settings and select 'Add predefined set'. Select 'Proton PIDs'.
9. Create displays in 'Realtime Information' by tapping Realtime Information --> go to empty page -->tap menu --> Add display -->pick your meter type --> Select PIDs that start with {PROTON}.
10. Make sure you go to this page every time you want to use PROTON cars. Otherwise, Torque wouldn't connect to your ECU.
11. Now you are ready to use the Torque for scanning your car.
12. To scan error codes (or other features in the paid version), tap on this plugin logo (PROTON OBD).

Please I want to make sure which part is working properly with Proton Persona 2012 ifam not cps I found some information that it works on models older than 2009 only, is this true, please help me, I want to buy obd plug And I don't know where of them that can work.. knowing that I am in Egypt

Works well with my preve cfe... Would definately be better if can do cvt clutch adaptation which is the main prob with most proton cars.
Hi, isnt if go for pro version(paid) able to adjust rpm idling setting and if there is any update for paid version will us need to paid it for latest version to function? Hope my QUESTIONS will be answer.
Can it be use for proton wira VDO? I tried many times, but it wont connect to ecu. Already have the "torque pro" and this proton plug-in.
Well I'm fairly sure it's raped technology and it's just been inserted by block chain so your development claim seems legit, your deception levels are definitely questionable and we just think that you should be trying to understand this technology by letting more people in on the conversation instead of hoarding it for foolish profits.
Install this with toque pro with obd 2 V1.5 connect to persona campro ECU, the system said cannot to ECU.

It doesn't connect with proton saga blm 2010 ... I have followed all the steps. It can't connect to the ECU .. Can you help please ..

Can read error but can't clear. No use if can read errors only. Even can not reset ECU..

Firstly i wud like to thank the dev for creating a plugin for proton but i had just 1 questions. In order for this to work on wira vdo i should get a ELM327 v1 5 instead of the newer 2.1 right? Hope dev can answer my question , many thanks in advance

Installed torq pro and this plugin again. Need some workaround to make it function. Only 5 sensor (tps,rpm,coolant,volt,speed). If paid version, what additional sensor can be read for CamPro CPS?
