Placed an order for delivery. Bank shows charge pending, but still not delivered after 2 hours. Attempted to call the store 3 times; selected 0 on prompt for an associate & let ring 10 times each but no one answered & it's more than an hour before close. Unable to find option to cancel order but then found info about store hours & realized the app had allowed me to order for delivery after delivery hours had ended. Hopefully it refunds/cancels the charge...
I've placed two orders through the app, once pick up and one delivery. Both times the order was "missed" and not ready. When I called about the delivery order I had to call four times before anyone even found that out. I was told they would check on it and call back, they did not.
Glad to have a local alcohol delivery app. It's laggy and the filters (price low to high, etc) flat out do not work. Still ordering from it though.
A little bogged down, but manageable. It would be nice to know about the $5 gift on your birthday in a notification rather than see the ad in the store after said birthday and never knew about it. I get lots of other notifications, why wouldn't i get one for this?
My favourites list is fixed and can't be added too. The competitors in the area don't have this issue so until it's fixed I'll abstain from ordering.
Downloaded it to order a new keg. Turns out you can't filter beers by keg sizes, nor do they have any to purchase. I also don't even see where I can put in an order to request one like there old website did. Very disapointed in this app, seems rather useless to me
I couldn't look at my cart when in the store because of no internet. I don't see why it's required. But now I can't use the app like a low tech shopping list.

I'm not that computer savvy and called the store to ask a few questions about how to order online. From the sweet girl who answered the phone to Caitlin?? I forgot your name sweetheart! To Nichole to Donald the manager...could NOT be more impressed by their Upbeat, Positive, Professional sweet attitudes i was met with! Again, extremely impressed; great delivery times. And thank you Cameron, Matt and Zach, the wonderful delivery drivers! Nichole was ESPECIALLY helpful. Thank you Total Beverage!

Terrible app. Products aren't sorted into the right categories (vodkas appearing in rum section etc). When searching brands, most of that brands products don't show up. No description on most of the products

Really easy to use. Only time I had a problem with them delivering was in the middle of a snowstorm. They called to let me know my order would be late, and I was perfectly fine with that. I'd rather have them be safe while delivering than rushing to beat a timeline. Anytime I've had problems finding an item on the app, or a coupon didn't work, I called and they took care of my issue immediately.
