Nice interface. The app lock feature is made more secure by using that vey feature to lock all the apps that could be used to uninstall it: settings app, google playstore, app, etc.. That way, no one can simply uninstall it to defeat it.
Reliable, dependable, functional. Cons: it would be great if it were a bit more automated, or atlease offered the option.
have been using Total Defense since 2012 on computer and laptop and recently on mobile and tablet, app is very user friendly (esp for folks like me who are more mature than our younger counterparts!) if you have any queries their support crew are very efficient courteous and very helpful, either via email or special toll free # to USA - just remember to call after 11pm or before 6am(Melbourne time) !
I like it on my PCs, But I can't get it on my mobile phone. Be careful about buying any of these programs on Ebay. I pay $79 and some change. It wouldn't work, so I cancelled it. eBay gave me around $40. Back.
again I had another great experience with Total Defense Gary at once he showed me what to do it made everything so easy thank you Gary you've been a big help Total Defense has helped me so much working with my mobile phone he helped me get the security on the phone that I needed he walked me right through everything step-by-step and made everything very easy for me he's very professional and I'm glad he works for Total Defense
Couldn't make it past the multitude of verification pictures. ie choosing numerous photos containing cars, traffic lights, crosswalks. What the heck? Uninstalled before completing setup.
I use this on all my desktops, laptops, and tablets. Have been using it since it was CA AV. I have never had an issue. Keeps all my systems clean.
Total Device has been protecting all of our devices for many years. Not one problem ever. I wouldn't trust any other company with our PCs. I think of TD as Total Piece of Mind.
Been with them since days of ca, they were very good & decent people. Sadly in the last 2 1/2 years they have turned very bad. Strange that such a supposedly big organisation only has 2 people named dan & lori handling all their customers, they must be incredibly efficient & work 240 hours a day every day of the year. I would have nothing to do with them & cancel cards if you are unlucky enough to be a customer.

Couldn't get logged in
A scam- I paid $20 for the app and have not been able to activate my account. I contacted customer service and they claimed I dont need an activation code but I do. It's automatically renewed and I can't get into my account to cancel my subscription!
