This app has way too many glitches. When you send a sample, it will sometimes double and triple the order. Then you contact customer service and they tell you to refuse the order in order to get your credits back. Please explain how I can refuse a order that goes to a potential client? I asked both customer service reps and got no response. Then in order to continue to use the messed up app, they want you to pay $19.95 plus tax. Really???
I love this app. It gives information about the products that you can share in social media. It keeps you informed every day about what is taking place. If you miss any news it is here for you. You can send out samples to new customers from here. Just has everything in one place. Now when we can order samples from here that would be everything I prospecting. It also gives you your follow-ups without having to create what to say. Love it.
App was working fine now all of a sudden it won't let me in because I don't have a premium subscription which is not true. I am still have an active website and autoshipment with TLC. I am very disappointed because my points to send samed to customers are in that app.
It has drastically improved since we I started with the business in 2014. I lave its ability to help me make money from my phone.
I mostly love the app its super helpful but what happened to being able to send samples to someone where they pay the shipping? Its only showing me the option to send samples that i pay for with credits. Is that other feature gone for good or should i reinstall? Please help.
I 've tried to access the contents of this 5in5 app since Jan 15, I keep getting an error message regarding my log in credentials. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can remedy this issue?

The app was working since i installed on jan. 6, but by 9th morning it has refused to open. Dont know what went wrong. Tried to update but no option.
As a Life Changer in TLC, I have found this app very useful and helpful. Keeping me up to date and making it manageable is definitely a plus. I absolutely love it over here!
When I first downloaded the App it actually worked now that I have added two more tlc apps this one stopped working and it keeps giving me an error message..Please fix it Im missing out on substantial information and money.

Shuts down anytime I press to add a customer for samplea, also when I go to share a presentation as well. Not working for me.
It works sometimes, but the shop click link doesn't work if you navigate away from it.

Ive tried this app several times and can never get past a blank screen

Started off using the app and everything was running smoothly but now the app takes a long time to load sometimes and I have been sending samples via the 5 in 5 app. There is an issue with the app that causes my orders to be duplicated and has caused a negative balance on my account with my credits. Hope this will be fixed soon
