Can't load manual Dischem points, app not very user friendly. I can't understand why some of your filling stations still do not have the card machine to swipe for points? This is the only reason I use your fuel.
This app is supposed to show the TOTAL fuel stations. But it only shows random mechanical shops. Totally useless
Still cannot load the manual points, app not user friendly at all. We are losing point cause your machines cannot swipe our Dischem cards
App doesn't work. First time opening the app after installing shows Maps and stations... However if you ever launch the app afterwards, it shows "pas de données disponibles pour votre région". And the screen remains blank with no possibility to use any other part of the app. I would love to use this app when driving abroad or in Belgium to find Totalenergies stations so I can use my fuel card. A blank screen is *not* useful. Please fix.
The app loads to a welcome screen where nothing is displayed. App does not work. Would be nice to have an app that actually works where you can find all Total petrol stations in Europe. Google maps does a better job than Total itself.
The app doesn't have function to load Dischem points. I need the app for the sole purpose of adding Dischem Loyalty points for fuel purchased at Total service stations as the system is down on numerous occasions. I was told to use the app for this function but it doesn't seem to be available on the app; Making the app useless
Why are the partner stations not included (eg Shell/Aral in Germany, BP in Austria, ...) or by a setting 'view partner network' ? When I am abroad this would be a great feature. As long as a I'm not in that country I cannot see stations there, this is very stupid, and avoids to plan something. Then you you can as well not make an app, and we just look along the road ...
Very bad application. I can not register. I put almost 3 of my e mails with one answer, this email is in use. Ok when I go to log in, you put wrong password. Ok I used option of forget my password , I put the email, the answer no available data. Why you put this application????.
NO option to load the Dischem points manually
Doesn't work. Takes ages to even start the app let alone see your account. The app (if you can call this an app) even crashes when you want to add your total club card.
The app still does not allow me to load Dischem Points for fuel when your system was down at the gas station. It has been over 4 weeks now and still no resolution after speaking to the call centre a Total. For lack of functionality and taking over 4 weeks to fix you get 1 *
There is no option for Dis Chem to load my fuel spend. You lose pionts like this because sometimes the machine doesn't work at the petrol station. Not a very good app. I won't recommend it to anybody
Annoying and not agile. The close station shows on the screen, blocking what is behind and not taking into account my filter for ev chargers!
The reason for only 3 stars. Why is it that not all total service stations swip the dischem cards and why does it have to be done inside the store and not at the swipe machine or give us a proof that our cards was swiped I have noticed that some people take my card and not even swipe it
I am not able to access any of the options in my services. What's the point of installing a statoon finder app if you can't search for stations?
Can't find an option to upload Dischem benefit point. "Download the TOTAL Services App from the iPhone App Store or Android Google Play Store and follow the manual process to claim your Benefit points" this should come with a link to the manual process but nothing. Such a waste.
Terrible. Does not show all the menus, can't do ratings, bad, bad. Cannot select my services or see menu choice
Before all the upgrades one was able to upload DisChem transaction this function is not available anymore. No station shows if they do accept Diners Club cards.
Why is the app not allowing me to upload fuel receipts for dischem points anymore, used to add these under my services but with the latest version I cant. Hopefully the answer this time will be better

Very slow loading and working with it. I would suggest the customer service to contact me if they actually care.
Everything, can't even log in. Apparently account is already used but tried multiply account and days the same thing
This app does not allow you to claim your fuel spend manually. Absolutely useless app.
Misleading when you view info on the app as it does not allow you to add your Dischem benefit card to claim your points so not worth downloading unless you looking for a Total petrol station
Cannot add fuel purchases manually to claim dischem points. App seems to be largely non-functional currently.
App doesn't update loyalty card info (points, assistance date) after fueling.
App serves no function. You cannot manually redeem Dischem points, you cannot rate a fuel station and you cannot delete your user either. There's a greyed out button called 'Fidelity'. They should fire the Developer,this seems to be cloned from another app shell.
