Needs Work There should be away to repurchase your last order without adding each item one by one. Additionally, it is idiotic to have a form of payment saved but you still have to enter it for each purchase because of the totally false statement that says something has changed, when it hasn't, for the record, that is annoying.

This is the most difficult, user unfriendly app I have experienced in a long long time. I make my address my preferred address but it doesn't save it. Same thing with credit card. If I change anything in placing my order it deletes my government ID number and I need to re-enter it. Also if my order includes more than 1 of an item its very difficult to increase the quantity. I only use delivery option yet when I am ready to place the order it wants to know how I want to pick-up the order. I

Overall easy to use Except you have to be on top.of the available discounts and coupons. The app requires you save the offer before you can apply it. It would be much easier and consumer friendly if it would just automatically apply the best discounts available at the time of purchase.

First impression isn't good. I tried to sign up for an account to take advantage of discounts, but "the system" tells me that there is already an account with my email (I've never yet shopped at Total Wine) and I've entered my phone number wrong. Nope, not my error. No problem, hit this button and we'll send you an email that will help you fix it. I hit the button 20 minutes ago and haven't received a thing. Not being able to use a discount that others get is like paying a surcharge.

Since 1/30/2022 I have been trying to login, but all I get get is a blank screen. After three days of trying I finally went to the website to place my order, now it is held hostage by the snow storm. Checked for updates even uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same results. 4/9/2022 After a couple of weeks of app not working I went online and was able to place orders a couple of times. Now the app is working and and can place orders with no issues.

Love everything about Total Wine, Huge Selection, well laid out & labeled making it easy to find things. The app is also excellent. Easy to use search function has lots of filter options, making it easy to locate specific items. App has good descriptions and photo. They have bar ware, snacks, and other entertainment items. Highly recobmmend for all your adult beverage needs. Knowledgeable staff is always on hand, eager to answer questions and passionate about the beverages at Total Wine.

Very user friendly, you can leave your cart and come back later and everything will still be in it, unless the stock has run out. Just wish they had more coupons and promotions for Kentucky users. Manager says there are no promotions for Kentucky except the wine mix and match. But I thoroughly enjoy using the app, the website and the curbside service!

The app search, shop function is great. The check out is terrible. I have an account, I have a credit card on file. When I choose to have my wife pick up the order, my credit card suddenly has a verification issue. So now I have to re-enter all my credit card info. But now I have to re-enter all the information about my wife picking up the order. Way too cumbersome.

Needs a couple of options. Needs an option to allow text messages when you place the order that sticks between orders. Set it forget it. Seems I guess you have to check off on this each time? I don't know, if so we forget, so we get email only. The problem is the email comes to me, not my wife who sometimes picks up the order Coming to next point. Allow more than one email address with an option to notify both. As is the account is setup with my email and wife's cell phone text.

Easiest app to use and search product on, and they always have coupons, so you can get anywhere from 5-25.00 off your order, which I love. They have a fantastic selection, and descriptions for the products are always spot on, so you can gage if you will like them or not. Plus they deliver, so that's a huge plus.

Love this place! Great selection. Their winery direct and spirits direct brands are comparable with name brand premium wine and spirits for considerably less. They also have daily product samples available 🤭 and really good promotions on the app for both their own brands, national brands and sometimes free delivery. Sometimes the app is a little buggy and lags, but ultimately worth it.

I got SICK and TIRED of you guys moving the rewards barcode all the time so I finally got wise and took a screenshot of my barcode which can be saved directly on my home screen and guess what?! I don't need your frustrating, useless app any more!! And I'll never use it again until you put the barcode back on the landing page WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE STAYED!!!!!

App doesn't work, reinstalled several times, can't even open, immediately closes, ease of use before it started closing immediately was not great, but if you could get it to work, at least it could tell you where in store the item was.

Easy to preview sales and what's available at my local store. Now coupons auto apply to in-store purchases. I have not tried to purchase through app since last year, when it continually failed me, luckily the store is close and the personnel are great at the Jefferson Commons location in Newport News, VA.

App continously logs me out while using, no alternative login support. Slow to respond to requests. With this it gets 3 stars for search feature and lists. I have not ordered through the app, so I am unable to give an opinion on that side.

So far, it's pretty awful. Supposed to track purchases, cashier scanned app bar code at checkout but didn't load. 'Scan bar code' app feature doesn't work...TW did figure out how to use my email address though.

You said We're sending you a verification code. I never got it. The whole experience has been lousy. I answered your question about the app experience and nothing further happened. Good wines ,good staff but the online business is just lousy. I always buy at your store but can never take advantage of the specials. UNHAPPY.

Review update - This app STILL sucks!! Has major issues!! They haven't figured out how to sync the stock with in-store stock. You can't quit the app without going to the task manager. Each "New" version never seems to fix a thing. As a former programmer, I would have been fired for putting something out there that had so many bugs!!

I placed a delivery order and did not receive 4 bottles of wine, a 6-pack of beer, and a bottle of lime juice, but still got charged for those items. There was no way to report Total Wine's error via the app. I had to call customer service and be placed on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally did answer, the customer service rep never apologized for Total Wine's mistake. I do not recommend Total Wine app. They have horrible customer service.

After the update, it still will not allow me to use any credit card to pay online for curbside pickup. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Even gave it a two-week break hoping the little bugs would fix itself. It just gives me a system error and to try back again later with the credit card information. So this app is useless to me now.

This app previously worked well. Now all I get is an error message, "App not supported on rooted devices" and I can't use the app at all. My phone is not rooted nor has it ever been. I sent an e-mail to the developer a month ago and never got a reply. Zero stars. Sounds like I'm not the only person with a OnePlus 6T recently upgraded to Android 11 who this is happening to. Please fix it.

App is easy to use. Always exceptional service when I use carside delivery. However, customers are always parked in the spots designated for carside delivery........ That are NOT using the service. Store does not enforce that. Why???

Good app, but crashes sometimes. It's a bit laggy swapping between products because the filters are so broad. Would be nice to have more filter options.

The app closes almost immediately after it opens. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, same thing happens. What's the point of having your associates promote the app if it doesn't even work?

Used to work fine until recently. Now, the app crashes on startup every time, even after a reinstall. I checked it on a second device, and same issue. Samsung S8 Android 9, and Razer Phone 2 Android 9. Please fix so I can get crunk again. Edit: Hey guess what I figured out devs? Your app does not like AdBlock DNS. Simply using the AdBlock DNS on my home router causes the app to crash. At least now I can get crunk again.

Cole Lillie, you get an F for user experience testing. I'm also seeing tons of people highlighting all of the problems and no one from your team replied, that's a bad move. The 'suggestion' to turn on location will pop up 100 times in a row if you hit dismiss, the only way to use it without location is to enable then disable. Beyond infuriating for a retailer this large. As the digital product manager I'm asking you nicely to fix this annoying bug.

Haven't used the app in a while but now it won't let me tap on anything on the screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work at all. App does NOTHING!

Every store around is having problems getting my favorite wine in, this is the only place anywhere I can find it, so I got the app & got a great deal AND they deliver same day! It'll be here in a couple of hours & I don't have to drive an hour round trip! Super grateful!

Good enough app, but the link for adding a custom tip (when ordering for delivery) does NOT work. You can not enter a dollar amount when taken to the custom tip page!

I love browsing their store in person, buy I use the app to prepare for my cocktail parties. I can check each of the stores in my city and order everything for pick up in one place to save me LOADS of time. It's wonderful. Even if you won't order for pickup, perusing, the rewards programs, and even the info on is super interesting.
