- Save the international destination as a contact and then just select the contact to make the call. Or just dial the international number 011-country code + city code + phone number
- Contacts should be saved in the following format: 011+country code+ city code+ phone number
- This application is for Total Wireless customers with active service. Android OS systems are sometimes updated before application updates are made. If you have recently updated your OS, please be patient as a new update will be available shortly.

We call South Africa, the app dials a number in New Jersey to connect internationally, only the number in the app is wrong and no way to correct it. Update after response from tech support. They are sorry for the issue, they will fix it soon. Given that the last release date was July, 2019. Which means it's been broke for a year and they haven't fixed it. I won't be holding my breath. Downgrading the rating to one star.
The Total Wireless customer service experience is a form of punishment no human should endure. Too bad there are not negative star ratings. The International Calling feature used to work relatively well but has deteriorated over the past several months without explanation. I have been charged for calls I don't make at an increasingly frequent rate. Run, don't walk away from Total's International App.
The phone number used for dialling in has now been unavailable for two weeks, and the developer contact for the app is also an invalid email address. This renders the app pretty much useless and locks up my international call credit freshly topped up. Rather annoying!
I'm having the same problems as everyone else (app just doesn't work) and even dialing the number directly doesn't work. No matter how many times I "top up" my account I don't have any "available credit"!! I've contacted their chat for help multiple times but nothing gets resolved. Then they say they will escalate the call but I never hear back from a supervisor! I'm about ready to end my account with them since I NEED to be able to call internationally!!
Used this without problems, but last month put money on only used credit twice now I have no credit. Customer service is just very frustrating. It's a shame, I won't buy again. Update 10/6/2020 Stupid enough to buy another card, as app had been updated. Spent all morning being told sorry and to restart my phone. Nothing worked...so now total wireless has 20 dollars of my money for providing me with no service. Will find another way to call internationally.
App is totally worthless. It does not connect to my account like it used to, which makes it non functional. Deleting and reinstalling is a waste of time. Calling Total Wireless technical help is no help.
Pure garbage. Doesn't accept numbers from address book (you get a message that says "This app is for international calls"). Doesn't accept cut&paste, so you have to enter the number by hand each time. Much easier to use Total's int'l access number.
ILD has not worked In 6 months! Number dialed for international is not available, the app doesn't work, 611611; not any use, can't resolve problem, international has been paid for.. lost cause dealing with Total Wireless....
My son is on vacay in Australia. I downloaded this app after purchasing the $10 Total Wireless Global international calling card. I dialed my son's international sim card phone number, pressed call, and the app dialed the Total Wireless international calling phone number to connect the call. The clarity was amazing, I couldn't believe how easy it was and how well it worked! THANK YOU, so much for this app!!!
absolutely terrible!!! they have the worst customer service of any company ever the apps doesn't work your chat doesn't work the company is a scam and a fraud stay away!! dealing with total wireless has been the most frustrating experience in my entire life run like fire as fast as you can in the other direction!!
Another app that really is important. This app serves the best. No problems, no hassle. These apps are a useful tool to me. Useful for realeteves that live in Philippines, india, and more countries. I find these apps useful. :)
I purchased the $10 international calling plan and it is not compatible with all total wireless cell phones please fix the problem unless I will consider the $10 international calling plan absolutely total rubbish.
edit 2: dont use this service. it doesnt allow you to have simultaneuos call and data. very terrible network and service. i usually call India and they claim on their website that the cost is $0.02 whereas i am charged $0.12 which is a rip off. I contacted them but they dont have any answer for me. Beware they are not honest and have outsourced customer service and the reps dont give any honest answers.
Working just fine for a few weeks now when you pay for the minutes you do not get the minutes, they can't figure out what the problem is for a company that's supposed to know what they're doing can't solve this problem. I pay but don't get the minutes to call international !
Worked fine for a while but is now useless as I have no sound when making calls. So far no help available to fix the problem.
Doesn't work at all. Gives error "The phone number entered is not a Total Wireless customer, please verify and try again."

This phone service is a joke. I bought an international service and it will not work. I tried calling a breathing person and I get a cycle robotic helpline. It totally useless. Can't get beyond Paul the robot.

There is no recent calls log. looks like the application just redirects you to the voip gate.
I'm trying to make a phone call and it tells me no routes found no routes found where that used to always work what's the problem
App hasn't worked on several phones. No way to call Canada from my phone
WORKED GREAT FOR A WHILE. NOW CANT CALL CANADA..BEEN A WEEK. 2 DAYS ON PHONE WITH TECH SUPPORT. THEY CANT FIX IT!!!

Even after following all the instructions, i still can't make a call.
Its a good appt. I just dont use it anymore.
Lately the international calling is not working. Ive spoken to costomer service and they were unable to fix my problem, all they said was to try again later. I pay $50 a month to be able to make international calls and paid $200+ for the phone, I am truly disappointed with the service.
