This service isn't even one star worthy. I only gave the one star to leave a review. This by far is the worst service I have ever had in my whole entire life. And let me tell you I have had them all except AT&T. It drops calls consistently, and service is slow no matter where I'm at. People get my text messages but I don't get anyone else's text messages. I am going back to straight talk. Total wireless is the total toilet bowl of phone service.

Zero ☆s! From day one my phones been freezing an yall can't help fixit Had this p.o.s for 2 months. Stuck with it cuz of my debt. Spent some tax money to get literally the same performance as my destroyed 30$ dollar general phone AS IT IS then I do the phone that came in yalls packages. And the service. Even worse. The automated thing hangs up on me multiple times before I can get through to a human being. An yall don't refund the phone despite it being packaged under your name. Never again

I buy the $50 monthly cards they sell in the stores. The service is good, but I've bought 2 cards this month that would not stretch without stretching off the PIN numbers. It should not be that hard to lightly run a penny or something over the silver covering. I've lost $100 plus tax because the card is non-refundable and the PIN number isn't printed on the receipt when you buy it, like other prepaid cards do. I will choose another before I let a company scam me with bogus cards.

Worse app I've ever used! I recently had my password reset and now they keep asking me to correct it. It was correct. This is a constant battle with Total Wireless app to straighten things out-to no avail. I'd rate this app a zero, but it only goes down to 1.

Had this service for years and any time I've had an issue, it's been resolved quickly. But over the last 3 months, my service has been spotty at best and most days unless I'm outside, I don't get service. I've had the same plan for years, they recently added hotspot. It worked the first month and has not worked since. Every time I go to the app to add minutes or shop for a new phone, I keep getting "error occurred, please call with the phone number, and that's if the app even opens. NOT HAPPY!!

I have so far had a good experience with Total Wireless!! It does seem to be some what slower than ATT was though !! I DON'T recommend getting the cheapest blu phone as I have to start out !! I'm 62 n not great with cell phones so you tech smart ones this will surely send ya over the deep end of you buy it !!

App was just fine until today when I went to purchase a new plan and the app kicked off. I cleaned the app cache, as I do with all the apps on a very regular basis, so it's not the phone, itself. I can buy a card if need be; the app is just so convenient. The app was updated a week ago.

Ok phone service, good price, if your looking for good customer service this is NOT the company for you. I have had this service for over 10 years and have to say that customer service is there downfall. If you can understand the person your speaking to there response is I'm sorry for the inconvenience but never have I had anyone help me with an issue. Phone service has gotten spotty lately and data seems hit and miss now. Not sure why.

Bought 5g phone specifically for Hotspot. Bought 35$ unlimited plan specifically for Hotspot. Could not get to work. Many, many calls to customer support NG. Total wireless worst experience with customer support ever. New update, Hotspot not compatible with Total Wireless with Nokia phones. Phone returned, waiting for refund. Terrible experience.

Been using this service for years. Somethings wrong now. It's being slow. I don't have a connection. Yet I have service. Its not my phone. It matches up with others reviews recently. To be exact, looking at the app, I was maxed out on my data. But your service says 10gb high speed then 2g after. Well it's not working at all when I'm maxed out on the data. And yes I have 2 service days left. Nothing of that sort.

This app is very useful for managing my account. My only issue has been getting the customer chat to work...it has never worked for me and i have to go to the web to get that. Other than that ive been able to do everything i need to.

I love my total wireless,it's quick n easy!I have had several probably all other services tht you pay as you go.this one has way better service and the internet doesn't run out in a week or two like straight talk and others.Thanks total wireless for being there for us people tht like not having a contract.

Had many issues the last few years. This month alone both phones were deactivated, all my acct. info has been changed, etc. Now my phone has been deactivated AGAIN! my account is locked and even though I've changed all my info, I Still can't log in!! Not to mention when I'm on my phone, the screen will switch to something different and another site completely!!

All I needed was a new SIM card; we bought & tried to activate it. They shut off 1 number and couldn't activate another's SIM. Put us in a call loop with no one able to do anything. Destroyed our account and I started thinking they were messing with us on purpose because they couldn't just be this inept, right?! We finally got a rep who fixed it (so I bumped up to ⭐⭐) & all-but told us they were messing with us. Years-long relationship almost ruined because a rep got hurt feelings. Come on...🙄

So far, Total Wireless has been great. I've had helpful customer service and the actual service itself has been excellent. I love that I can now use data while on a call. However, the app itself needs a lot of work as it's very glitch. For example, the ability to see data usage is broken. I've tried everything I could to fix it and nothing has worked.

Seems to get worse since Verizon purchased them. Had to switch phones as one lost half of its screen. Tried to change online and had to call tech support and the guy couldn't talk well. So after a while he said I needed a new sim card. This phone & sim card was purchased from Total and worked fine. He said go to Walmart and get another one. Walmart no longer carries just sim card. They haven't had any this year. Guess I need to go to Atlanta(150 miles) to find one at a company store.

Buggy app, keeps crashing. Unable to add data. Restarted phone several times, disconnected from VPN, uninstalled then reinstalled app several times, etc. All to no avail. Looking at Straight Talk now

My first day using total wireless was a nightmare.i call to activate my phone which i purchased is a straight talk ohone and refill minutes.the guy on the phone tells me my phones not compatible with straight talk that i must use total wireless.i explain that it states plainly on the box " straight talk" he say no its not so hevended up switching my prepaid card to his company but only credited me 35$ whers my other 20$ ? It was a 55$card!!! I want my money .

Customer service with good English comprehension is a must. Time to invest Total Wireless. Do not act like you cannot afford to hire people who can comprehend simple English. 14 hours spent talking to 13 different agents and not one could understand the simple issue with my phone. That is unacceptable. Period.

Ever since I updated I can't get stats on the account. It can't connect to info. No connection just says it took too long to get the info, almost instantly when button is pressed. I'm running android 10! Can you fix this- I already updated twice since then with no effect!
