Well... despite the horrible reviews, I tried it. And... like so many, I was not able to login. The employee guide I received has a note about the app and support for it. It suggests uninstalling and reinstalling the app...and, if that doesn't work, use the standard web interface. Pretty useless.
worst app I've seen. no security, unable to change password, app randomly not responding, no pay stubs to see, no total work hours displayed, request time off is cumbersome. you have to place request for every single day! so stupid. Hope my company will find a better app than this. last update of this app was 2 years ago! Guess they have no intention of improving the app at all
app won't let me log in ..it has no place to change password or any place to click if you "forgot pasdword" . it asks u to change your password like every 90 days ..eventually you are going to forget which one u are using and will need to change it ..or reset it but you cant. .this app is a waste of time. there is no support center to contact either.
Help! Had been using the app on my phone with no trouble but supervisor mentioned that I could only see my cumulative hours for the week on the PC so loaded the app. Now - I'm locked out of BOTH!. So very frustratining. I am not a fan.
Won't even login. Also, what's with the FroYo UI? Can we get something that's not from 2010? Reading comments leads me to believe that this app won't be updated again. Terrible
After hearing several employee complaints I decided to try it out as the website seems to work just fine. I'm both shocked and disappointed that this is the best one point has to offer. Will definitely be discussing other options with my leadership team.
Doesn't have login with finger print. Doesn't remember my device. Doesn't have forgot password option. I just go to the website for easy login.
Security for this company product is non-existent. What other website or app shows your SSN and bank account information right on the screen?!?! Not to mention the app looks like a child designed it. Would give zero stars if I could.
It works: but I agree with most of the negative comments, especially regarding the difficulty or inability to change password, if forgotten
Needs finger print. It has a lot of issues and shouldn't need so many screens to do simple tasks

This POS makes you change your password every month or so and you cant reuse old passwords!!
Doesn't work well. Doesn't work with app fill for password managers, logs out when you flip between apps. Requires you to re-enter your password to view paychecks (unnecessary security measure). Needs a major update to with with latest features available to devices (ex: fingerprint login)
Worked before, I can't even access the site they the app. There's always a connection error of some sort
This app doesn't work at all. Complete junk. Clearly the developer doesn't care since it hasn't been updated in almost 8 months
I can't see my pay stubs. I don't even have all the icons shown in the pics. Plus never fully loads and sometimes doesn't close me out properly and no hours are logged
This app has been a headache since the beginning of using it. I haven't been able to log in for a whole month now and have tried everything.
The app just suddenly stopped working. It keeps saying can not respond to server. I have a very strong internet connection and still nothing. My company depends on this app. Please fix the problem
Overall one of the worst app experiences I've had to date. Really needs some updating. For such a simple app it's amazing how poor it operates.
You would have better luck just having an app with the website link on it...at least this way it would be functional. When you try and login with stored passwords, the app refreshes and delete the inputed fields. When you get a text message to verify anything, you can't go out to check the code, and then return.....it will reset the app...tall tossed this together too fast.....and it really shows...
