This is probably the worst app ever. I tried to set up a pickup and it would shut down when I try to put in the destination. It would not let me book a car without putting in a destination! Save your time and frustration and use a different app

Have used this app twice today, and neither time was I impressed. First time I booked my ride for a specific pick up time. I got a call from the driver at the time I was to be picked up and was told he was 15min away, I didn't get picked up until 20min after my scheduled time. My return ride, I was never notified when a driver had been assigned, so if I hadn't kept checking I never would have known. This app needs alot of tweaking! And they need to have debit machines in the cars for customers

I honestly been using this app for a couple of years now and I have mixed feelings about it. I had good and bag experiences with this app especially when they are fixing the software. There was a time when the dispatchers cannot contact the drivers and it caused me to get to work an hour late. Also, the were times when I got dooped by the driver and I told totalridr and they just made me call different numbers that didn't get me anywhere 😡 and they didn't refund me money that I should've been refunded for.. but to be honest, despite the negativities of this app I can say that the good and beneficial things that this app gives me is more...I met several great drivers who are great and respected me as their customer. I there's some that were not pleasant to ride with and most of them were the drivers that uses their own car. This app needsto change plenty of things to improve quality of service but I love this app. It is affordable and it's getting better burgers day. Keep it up totalridr ♥️

It took literally 3 hours to get a driver. Turns out the driver had no idea I had paid through the mobile app with my debit card. He demanded cash when we arrived at my destination. He said that he only takes cash and his app was not refreshing. He told me to contact support. After that terrible experience I got an email reciept from Total Ride. That means I did pay for the ride with my debit card. I emailed to complain to Total Ride about the driver demanding cash and no one has responded.

Booked a ride through the app. You get no approx time till your ride arrives... waited almost an hour and finally decided to check the app. Turned out that my ride was cancelled. I received no call or text to tell me. Called in to find out what happened and the agent i spoke to sounded like he had the headset mic in his mouth. He have me no info on why the ride was cancelled, rescheduled it and said hed make it a priority... still no approx time given. Use Lyft or Uber instead.

I thought I'd call the service to see why and how long it'll be before a car is available and it wouldn't connect my call it's as if the business is non existent! Very very unhappy and will let everyone I know not to use the Totalride service.

This app will LOSE time and money for you. I was going to get a Lyft but I thought it was too expensive so I downloaded this app. I waited about 15 minutes for a driver to be "dispatched". I called the company and they told me they could transfer me to yellow cab. When I went back on the Lyft app to schedule my ride it was now $7 more expensive.

I had booked a ride 2 go 2 miles from where I work to where I live and they told me that it would take 2 hrs 2 get a cab 2 my loc. I had frozen/fridge food that needed to go into the fridge. They didn't care. The receptionist hurried 2 get me off the phone after she told me that a driver would be calling me back. That never happened. I was about ready 2 cancel the book & I found out that totalride had already cancelked the ride. Totalride? Total joke!!! Plewse bring Discount Cab back.

Tried 4 times to book a ride tonight via the app. Kept canceling the booking. Called and they said they no longer are allowing paying via credit card via app. Ok, then why allow you to add credit card to the wallet. Will never use this company. Unistalled the app.

This is the worst. You can pre book a ride and you are not guaranteed a pick up. You can wait up to 45 mins after the time you booked for. Same price as uber or Lyft. Use those instead. Wish I could have gave 0 stars.

I was told that total ride was cheaper than yellow cab. HA! Yellow cab was 11 to store and total ride was 17 back AND he passed the turn and went way out of the way. Total rip off as far as I'm concerned.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY....A problem exists that i am sure are the basis of most complaints,extant. When a client appears on active screen as pick-up,return,or otherwise, AVAILABLE DRIVERS pull or take the client OFF the board,as intended to reflect that driver is responding to the service of the potential client. This allows the DRIVER to get contact info of client. The DRIVER then calls the customer/client and ASKS IF HE IS A CASH ride. Upon finding out the client is HEALTH CARE PROVIDED SERVICE,the DRIVER then tells client they must call back to arrange ride again,as driver explains he is too far,or,(PICK ANY EXCUSE).This has resulted in much confusion at company call center, and the client waiting hours or missing appointments altogether.(In my case,this happens EVERY RIDE,once waited 5 hrs to get RETURN ride.Thank you for anticipated remedy.I will pursue this until acknowledged. Don't use them. The app will quote you one price and then the driver will tell you a price double what you were quoted. If they even show up at all.
