It's just a journal, nothing more. This app won't give you the skills to lucid dream any faster than using pen and paper. Gimmick. Good thing I didn't pay for it!

You guys should add a widget for your home screen so whenever you turn on your phone you can check your totem!

This app is awesome, had a lucid dream I met the creators and one of them was wearing google glass. 10/10 would dream again
Once the first night passed and I didn't have a lucid dream, I was sort of upset. But I kept the app and ended up having my 1st lucid dream on just the 2nd night of having this app! The instructions in the app kinda confused me so I read the app description and it made it a lot easier to understand. This is BY FAR the best lucid dreaming app you can get!
