Every time i order the delivery arrives at the destination and i don't get notified from the app. This app should show the delevery vehicles plate number and count down time until the delevery reaches the address.
I had a bad experience with toters during 2022, delaying in the Delivery, no compensation for the wrong orders and more. Hopefully they can sort out all of such issues.
For the past month I experienced a lot of delays in the deliveries due to the lack of drivers availability. Unfortunately your service is not up to the standard anymore
They never follow up on incidents with restaurants, and they don't approve bad reviews for certain restaurants. I wish Zomato becomes active again.
If you can use any other delivery application than this, do so. Reviews on the places in the app are mostly inaccurate, seemingly positive, since they decide what reviews make it or not. It seems very questionable to me why they would do that. I've a left a review for a place I've had a pretty negative experience with, and the review never made it. Add to that monopolizing delivery services since they don't have a competitor, the underpaid delivery drivers, I'd skip using this app if I can.
Best order app in Lebanon and Iraq. Also great support and always pay care to fix any bugs or problems with the app.

I updated the rating to 3 even its good service but the registration/login process need to be enhanced
Aweful customer service. I've been trying to solve an issue for over two months, and nothing has been done. They tell you they're going to solve the issue and call you back but you don't hear from them. I wasted my phone bill in trying to solve the problem. Doesn't even deserve a star
As all the apps with huge number of customers, they failed to provide proper customers service, they communicate with the customer like communicating with a stupid human being by sending "copy-paste" texts all the time without even read what is the customer complaint. Wrote a negative review about a store according to your experience and it will never show in the app... typical lebanese way of marketing!
Very Bad Experience with the app, uninstalled immediately
I received my refund, and the lady supervisor who helped me throughout the process was very professional. But. And here comes the but. Toters needs to fix the card payment option once and for all

They arw experiencing online payment issues for weeks and no one seems to offer proper help from the support team.
chat support not always there for you when need them during the order delivery man can't even reach the restaurant
Worst food app ever, i only use because it's the only one after zomato closed. From now on I'll just use it to read the menu and then call the restaurant myself and order!
I changed my review negative a while back, yet ? I shouldn't. The only thing they Got working for them was customer service, now nothing. Extremely high delivery fees, and very very bad customer service.

Restaurants are lately changing the prices of the items AFTER the order is made and is being displayed as "adjustments" without going back to the customer if he is okay with this "adjustment" or not. the price appears initially as something and then when the food arrives it appears as something else because of "adjustments". it would be great if the restaurants are only allowed to that after referring back to the customer and checking if he is okay with this increase.
I loved Toters. Like in the past. During lockdown when i order something they cancel it for me and its not even close to late afternoon. I ordered at 1:30 PM. After waiting for 1 hour minimum for my food to arrive they call to cancel. This app used to be my number 1, now will have to find a substitute because of their delays. A sorry phone call wont fix it. It happened 4 times with me and not once or twice. Thanks
Heard good things but so far can't use it. My American phone number(registered in WhatsApp) isn't accepted. Keeps saying wrong format.
This is the second time I order from Toters and this time, the order is stuck on "confirming" for 20+ minutes and there's absolutely no way to contact support. The support page is blank. It ssys choose one of the options below but there are no options. There's no other way to contact support. Bad user experience. Not recommended at all.
There is no option to cancel. The chat doesn't respond. I ordered to the wrong address by mistake and wasted the poor delivery man's time because I couldn't cancel or change the address.
