This could be a lot better. It's buggy, for one. For instancs, sometimes my camera just doesn't show up in the app and I have to force close and reopen it. My biggest complaint is that there is one notification for motion and doorbell ring. If there were two, I could give them different sounds, but alas, I cannot. Still, it's less intrusive that Google's nest, which is why I use it.

it's a good app, but to get it working properly I have to close all my other open apps. it's handy to look through the camera at any time and easy to readjust motion sensors and settings. easy to save videos and view them a little slow if you want to talk to people at the door through the app though. Happy with it for what I need.

Sadly the app is very poor, some features drop off, such as the alert when the doorbell rings, (quite an important one!). Also the feature that stops the sensor for a selected time period. It's a shame because it's a nice looking device and the app looks good, just doesn't work well enough. I have to regularly delete the doorbell and reinstall it to get the features back.

I personally believe the 2 cam I purchased, are some of the more reliable wireless cams on the current market. The app is very user-friendly. Night vision and the ability to access diff views of my property within seconds on my smartphone, is ideal. At this price point, I would say they are the best. The mounting Is extremely strong. I'm entirely satisfied with choosing Toucan wireless Outdoor Cam

Frequently stops or fails to connect. A bit disheartening given the fact it is for camera that may be alerting you to security issues. Attempting to opening the app often just results in a blank screen and then I need to restart my phone in order for it to work. By that time a lot of action can be missed.

Good and useful app, and it would have scored higher except for one really obvious missing function. while the app sneds push notifications when the door bell rings or motion is detected on the cameras. it doesn't tell you when the batteries are running low. so unless you go into the app you won't know if the door bell or cameras are working or if they have run out of battery.

Have it set up for the driveway and for motion detection And when it says that it detects motion I'm unable to view it until the motion is at a complete stop and even then I'm still unable to look at live feed because of the connection of the camera New update having the app a year in and its still bad. It even said that I was hacked. Get a ring doorbell if you can

Pretty good. A bit of a delay from the camera to the app. The person you see on yoir porch might be gone by the time you try to use the speaker function. It's also hard to delete videos. Takes 3 or 4 tries 99% of the time. Other than that, it works very well.

I have 2 door chime cameras. They work great. Had some issues with one after just under a year and got a new one sent promptly. The app is great. Nice to be able to get notifications and to view the past 24 hours with the free app.

The motion sensitivity is horrible it have it on the lowest setting and if a car drive by on the street 100 feet away it triggers the motion sensor. My phone goes goes off all day long and it is almost always a car driving by. it is very very annoying

Well constructed device, good battery life and simple setup without the sync module but very slow detection! Events are only captured at the tail end not instantly recorded like other devices I've used before. I'm fully updated and tried all kinds of settings to no avail.....

Been using toucan since July 2020 when I bought my house, it's the only reliable security system without a monthly subscription. I only ever had one software issue with it, which they patched a day after reaching out to customer service. I'd say this is better than Ring.

Poor System. Does not pick up motion half the time even though I have my settings on high and my motion area calibrated. Someone hit my mailbox. my neighbor fixed it while I was away and camera picked up nothing. Always needs updates. 1 camera quit working so I threw it away. Just junk!

I don't enjoy using the app, quite often if my door bell rings I can't open the app in time to reply. it takes too long to load. and alot of the time it doesn't load anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it hasn't changed.

One of the cameras is blurry most of the time. It takes a long time to erase the captures, and editing the camera order takes a very long time, then they revert to a different order on their own. I would not recommend these cameras.

Works ok the majority of the time. There is considerable lag with the doorbell camera. From the time someone rings the doorbell, it can take upwards of 30 seconds to get the video feed to load to actually answer the person ringing the doorbell.

The four or five star reviews have to be planted because how the hell? The app is terrible! Freezes up constantly, have to force stop. Often get very late notifications. The camera works decent enough but charge doesn't last very long

been using both cameras and doorbell cameras are wonderful do what I want them to do but should have longer turn off motion sensor maybe be easier if you could just turn off and on when you like as for door bell works fine but sometimes does not pick up movement which is a little concerning other than that well happy with my two cameras and doorbell

Works well when working, but there are times it doesn't pick up on activity until the doorbell button has been pushed. We've had packages delivered and no alert or activity.
