I unknowingly had the comma separators for thousands set to Indian mode. I thought it was a developer error. He replied immediately and explained how to set the format to american. All is well. Also, if the app is uninstalled, it can be reinstalled, even on a new phone. This is a great app, and even better support. Thank you. This app is one of my fundamentals.

Auto rotate feature quit working on Samsung Galaxy. Otherwise it wasn't a bad app. I could deal with the ads

If you are on a much older version you like, do not upgrade. I inadvertantly updated this once outstanding, polished app to the advertising layden monstrosity it has become. If taking values from another app, you are presented with an unclosable ad for each number entered. I like that developers can monetize their work product but seriously, when you have to be subjected to multiple full screen ads and play find the tiny close hot spot just to do a single calculation it has gone too far.

Love this program. Would give it 5 stars. Even bought the pro version. However the damn splash screen is back. Have a way to turn it off or just delete it. I don't want to look at that stuff, especially when I pay for an app. I guess the memories about the reactions from customers that Epxx got that last time around with regards to the splash screen have purposely been forgotten. 3/4/2020 - I did, scientific premium, and that's how it was when I wrote the above. I paid for this app, "Andro12C", in a previous phone, now it's called "Touch RPN calculator",. Now I have to pay again or else accept the adds. Of course the app didn't transfer to the new phone, because it is a "different app" although the look and work exactly the same and so is the developer's screen prior to the calculator screen. That's how you pay twice for the same service/app. !!!

Recently was forced to update and now it works fine again. This app is perfect and the exact copy of my old HP 12C only with the processing speed of my cell phone, expanded memory and added scientific calc if I need it. Great job! This is the only app to use if you're an old school 12C user like me.

I have been using this app for several years and it's been Perfect, I didn't have to carry my HP12C with me, anymore. As a realtor I use this app regularly and it has been great even with some pop up ads, BUT lately these Obnoxious Ads from Lending tree have been popping up and you can close the ad or use the calculator!!!! I ran an update for your app 2 days ago & it worked for 1 day no the stinking lendingtree ad is BACK & wont go away!!!!!

This is a faithful emulator of the HP Voyager series of handheld calculators. The app remains under development [=>a minor build just shipped for Android 12, aamof] and the author is responsive when I've had any issues or questions. Well worth the price. Three thumbs up 👍 .

This is my favourite RPN calculator. Installed on Android device and Chromebook. Includes industry standard HP12C functions. There are options to purchase different flavours e.g. Advance Financial, Black-Scholes, Scientific etc. Note that there are free and paid versions. In addition to removing ads, additional features are available with the paid versions.

Tried the free ad - supported version, and although the ads were mostly non distracting, decided to buy the no - ad Advanced version to support the developer. It looks and works just like my HP 12C Platinum, only it's with me all the time. Great app, and a great value for the price.

I really dig it. I have the original from HP and it's excellent. This is the same thing exactly but now I don't have to carry both units. Woulda given 5 stars for no ads but they're kinda small so not that big a deal. Ps., I have figured out a way to beat the ad thing but I won't publish it, not for now anyway. Just letting you know that it is possible.

I usw to love this calculator and use it a lot in all my android devices. But the full screen app is realy annoying and on top of open in full screen we need to wait to dismiss button to be available. Th experience is much better when the add where only in the uper right corner.

I bought the computer programmer and advanced scientific apps before this single app came out and I'm able to use both with this new app ad free. I also find it very convenient to switch "flavors" using the settings by clicking the On button. Plus this has Financial app thrown in for free.

Edit: by installing the old app, I now have full function again! I reinstalled all the apps on my phone and my previously purchased flavors are gone. App wants me to repurchase. I had paid for a predecessor app and was grandfathered in, however that seems to have gone away. Shame because it's a good app, I just can't find myself to pay for something I already purchased.

Ditto on having paid previously for an ad free version. Now, forced to endure constant ads. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, used the code provided to me, and repeated the process at least 3 times. Done with this nonsense. I GIVE THE DEVELOPER A BIG 0 AND HOPE EVERY INTERESTED PERSON SEES THESE NEGATIVE POSTS BEFORE BUYING.

I've used this app for 3 years. It works just like a HP12C. The biggest problem is this latest upgrade now causes a full page ad to open before the app opens. If they go back to just the ad in the upper corner when the app opens it would be 5 stars.

Waiting for developer to address issues with combined calculators. Need separate icons to start app in different personas. Very disappointed the app has changed. The new splash screen is also not appreciated.

Back to 5-Stars! 3/22/20 Original post. This was my "Go-To" financial calculator. Deducted 2 stars. Even though I paid for the ad-free app, an AD appears before app opens, then a banner ad sits at top of calculator. What happened? Is there a solution?! 3/23/20 Revised post: Received solution from developer. Thank you. It has returned to my good old "GO-TO" financial CALCULATOR.

Everything was fine but all of a dude, past week, when the app is opened an ad shows up that won't go away. Time to get a different app. Spez: quicken loans was the most recent. seems like there was another one too

New update has ads, although I Previously paid for ad free version. Tried changing the"flavor" back to premium but wants me to pay for it again. This is NOT what I originally purchased! Please fix, or refund the original purchase.

May have to start bringing my real HP with me all of a sudden I'm getting flooded with ads and pop-ups makes me want to delete it it was great when the ads were up in the corner but now it takes longer just to open the app to get to the calculator then it's worth

Awesome quality - the skin is sharp and clear and the feel is great especislly on Haptic 2. Of course the calculator works perfectly as well. Like the fact that you can transform it into other HPs.

Wonderful 12C experience. No flaws after over one year of use. (written Nov 2019) Update (Jan 2021): Upgraded to Premium. Finally no more ads, and also the turquoise start-up screen is much SHORTER (only a split second). Well worth it.

Ive used this app for over 5y as a broker. V dissapointed that i have to pay to get my ads removed, did this a long time ago and with the recent changes on the app it seems i have to pay again? Thats rubbish. The redemption code for the play store has not worked either.. great way to wreck a good app. Developers getting greedy or poor update? Hi dev, thanks for the response. unfortunately the results are not that accurate. I'd like to see results with 9-digit-number on the screen... the configuration has it, but in practice doesn't show.

The best RPN programmable calculator. The feature to save programes and data to a file is just so useful. The financial and scientific calculators are brillisnt.. I realise the amount of work this takes. Thank you. Cheers.

I have purchased the rpn calculator already and it runs without ads. Installing a new version as suggested by the developers forces the adds. No thanks happy to stay with the perfectly functional older version.
