They're just a group of frauds, My mom's number expire at the end of 2022, I recharged her number for one year in addition, because I don't want her to pay, but the expiry date just extended for 2 months. When I chat with the support they told me that the maximum expiry date is one year, which is not logic at all, they just want to let us pay more, even this point is not clarified on the website, which is a fraud procedure with lack of information just to take our money.Mtc is a fraud company😡
It's a decent app, but some basic features are missing like a reminder to warn you when you need to recharge your line before you lose your number? No one checks their sms anymore (what mtc company sends usually) so it would be a good thing if their app warned you via a notification.
Guys, we are in 2020, it is time to be more creative and update the app to be MORE USEFUL, and there is plenty what you can DO, take an example from other DEVELOPED countries. At LEAST inform us what is new when pushing an update to the app, allow ACCESS TO THE APP wihtout the need of an active internet subscription, for example I am outside, my internet finished, I want to renew service through the app, but I have no internet so I can't access the app.
The e-recharge service is too slow and complicated, this stupid link to approve the visa card added to the very last step is very annoying, useless, and prohibits the recharge process. Please fix this issue, it gets on my nerves.
The worst chatting app found on earth. If u press back or open other app while talking to an agent ( which takes minutes to reply) you go out. Permanently. And u lost all what you were saying since minutes ....... Very bad app.
Worst service on earth. Very buggy and outdated app. On top of that, their main goal is to steal our credits and not to maintain a good service. Thank you :)
WORK on the categories MAKE some improvements What if there's no connection, or have no Internet, how can we activate a bundle? 🤔 Add a field under my services near each bundle explaining how to activate it if by SMS. So far, Touch Live Chat is the worst App I've ever used in my life. Where did 111 hot line goes? We call to ask for somethin! you take us to space!!! Don't you feel ashamed of what you have from IT's, to web designer's, Technicians, or Guest Relation Services to every body else?
To all the lebanese living abroad do not buy touch lines when you come to lebanon. It has been more than two days while we are out of coverage (no service) no phone calls neither internet and when you try to reach them by chat via the app they tell you that no one is available to answer your question. Seems that they do not care. So you will spend your vacation without calls nor internet
Useless app with a bad user interface. In any case, touch company obliges you to subscribe to the services they want like the Zero Balance and SOS Airtime services and cannot be removed, so there's rly not much need for this app. Wouldn't even recommend anyone buying an mtc touch line.
It's telling me that i exceeded the number of trials for charging online! and in my second trial only!! I'm uninstall this app. this is what happens when you have a monopoly, bad quality services, high pierces,...
You will be very lucky if you find an agent to help you, and when you do you will exit the chat unintentionally just by pressing the back button, then the chat disappears and you will have to wait again to get lucky and find another agent.
good app to check your subscription, to subscribe, check your balance, data usage, credit transfer, recharge your pre paid card in very easy way. Love this app from touch
We need a transactions list on the App. I need a log sheet on which i can see all my credits transfer with their corresponding dates. Can touch provide this service?

Okay it is easy to subscribe and check your account. But in the chat with customer service when the phone rotates the chat disapears and I will have to do ask again another employee and explain again, it makes me angry.
this app is good and has a nice design but it needs more security for the accounts..i mean if someone knows my phone number he can modify my account info without my permission

I have been trying to sign up repeatedly, recieving the activation code, but failing, due to connection error failing? Verifying the account has failed???
I was testing speed net in zahle today , i shoked by hitting 133 Mbps , in hermel can't pass 4 Mbps , very bad service
Activation code keeps failing. Not surprised the app is a failure, just like the rest of the country.

The fixed line are less serviced than the cards updated. The free services are much more than ours (fixed line)

Its a good application, can you make it possible to recharge our service from the app offline, cz it happens so frequently that you run out of Mbs and you need to recharge the bundle, but you are not able cz you don't have internet connection, or to work on data connection even if our bundle run out, like WhatsApp only, the internet works only for touch application, thank you
