Touch of Modern: Shopping

Terrible,tried to check out several times . Would not go beyond chart/check out page. Page would time out, have great internet connection. Tried several times,even clearing cart and starting over,still just spins when trying to check out. Guess I will look elsewhere for the item's I want. Never was able to complete purchase's. Sent two inquiries to them,was sent responses saying I would be contacted shortly on both occasions. Was never contacted by anyone. For what they want for stuff, terrible

I've shopped at TOM for years now. Their products are of excellent quality at reasonable prices. Their customer service is beyond reproach and I find them a pleasure to shop. As I view more of the great TOM products I continue to buy more. I've never been disappointed with a single purchase and the customer service is excellent. Looking forward to many more unique purchases in the coming years. I also find the most unique gifts. I've been able to get my entire family to subscribe and buy & buy.

Awsome products, not cheap but usually a good deal and excellent quality. I'm always amazed at the variety offered, value, accurate & complete descripions, and quick delivery. Occasionally they have phenominal deals. I've only bought one item that was not up to my expectations; a spunky spider built its web right above the insect repeller set at medium. Personally, it made me laugh. P.S. I'm a woman, so not just for men. :)

I'd like to make the comparison to amazon, this isn't an elitist version, Touch of Modern provides high quality pieces for the modern individual for a person who enjoys finer niche things in life, wether for the personal bar, higher fashion accessories, true conversation pieces for someone that is aiming to increase their cultural perview and lifestyle. The harder to attain products. Simply wonderful.

No customer support. I was sent the wrong size. I even doubled check my purchase order to ensure it wasn't user error. However I did order the correct size but they sent me the wrong size.I tried in vain to contact customer support via email, text and phone. Several times each and no response other than a generic computer generated one. 😩. So I am basically screwed. This my last purchase. I am deleting the app now.

This app is over priced, and once you add something they want you to purchase right away.(probably wants a purchase made before you come to your senses) The only items that have a decent price, are the only items have that you can find the same products in a store like Walmart , for much cheaper. Plus you don't have to pay shipping when going into a store.

Arrived in 3 days, including a packing list, and I don't know how I lived without it! Exceptional service. Everything I've received has been unusual, original, or useful. I also can find gifts for individuals who are difficult to shop for! I love looking at the selections. Keep it up, Touch!

Pretty pricey, I've found few apps like this one thank God but they do have nice things, my favorite are the all different types of faces for different areas of the house, ex: kitchen: they have cup faces for coffee or the butter.. just different cup (designed differently) to fit what room you like to use them in. Just the price is way to high.

Always enjoy scrolling through TOMO. The items on this app have the perfect blend of art, tech, and functionality. And they just so happened to have a beautiful aesthetic. One of the best apps out there. We just love it.

I have been able to purchase a few novelty gifts from the site that were affordable on my budget. There are many very cool novelty items on this site. I highly recommend checking it out even if you're just "window" shopping you can most definitely mark your favorite items and if they go on sale you'll be notified, enjoy

Nice products, but a lot of them are found on Amazon or other sites for cheaper or same price and are fully refundable. Lack of customer support. Shipping is slow. Update..after several attempts to reach support no response. Complete scam. Do not buy from them. Will never buy again. Also their partner Sezzle is the same. No support. Your money is gone. Use klarna instead.

I've made a few purchases it's a hit and miss in regard to the quality. The shipping can take more than a month. The biggest problem there's no way to add a review on items. There are different vendors, mostly cycled over and over.

I love the recommendations from this app. Very sophisticated. It has great modern products, but it also has vintage products with a modern twist which I love. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for tasteful and unique products.

Rap mogul 50cent got a song called "window shopper", Which, I would hate to call myself a window shopper. I don't see nothing wrong with it, However, I say that to say-"Touch of modern", has so much cool stuff that is all overwhelming. If I can buy the whole store I would, but I can't, maybe someday lol!! Keep the good work! In regards to providing and offering an array of merchandise, art, etc etc. I'm sure you catch my drift. Don't let the solid deals run out of inventory.Enjoy consumers&fans!

Cool stuff. Usually but not always at reduced prices. Prompt delivery, usually sooner than described. Only had one issue with an item arriving damaged, which was quickly rectified

It's fun to look around, but you may want to use TofM as a first step then research products elsewhere. Customer service is responsive, but not very forgiving, and you can easily find better pricing elsewhere. Shipping takes forever.

Products are awesome, but wish when adding Items to your cart that the timing countdown was not added. many wonderful items to buy but items disappear and are no longer available to buy in my cart any longer. Total bummer to have to buy 3 items at a time, and then have to waste time and restart new cart with items previously picked and add again due to time limit count down. Timer needs to be removed ASAP!!! so people can order many items at once and can have everyone happy, not annoy and leave.

I placed an order on March 31, 2022, the confirmation stated it would ship by Apr 28. I followed up on April 28th and received a generic reply stating "We have experienced some delays in getting this to our warehouse" and no actual ship date information. It is now May 17th and I still have no idea when or if I will receive my order, of course, they billed my credit card the day it was placed. My recommendation is, use this for "shopping" and go to the manufacturer or other website to buy.

I have ordered several items from Touch of Modern and always had an excellent experience. Shipping is fast and the items of exceptional quality with great prices.

Man I wish I had more money. Most items are very impressive and cost accordingly. But the reductions 90% of the time are worth it. I have found some surprising items that I have come to love. Great collection. You will almost always find something you like.

Most items on the site were great, but one item I ought had a misleading price. The lamp was labeled sale 19.99 reg 29.99. but when it was ordered it was 40.00. I contacted customer service and after an extended time period I was told that was the light bulb only. When looking on the site no where on the site does it say light bulb only.

Products seem great and the app is very easy to use. Don't like that there are no reviews and most products are not returnable. Feels like a gamble on every purchase.

Its ok. While there is some cool stuff a lot of it is wildy priced. Oh you like that table you click on it at its $7,000+. They have some weird items for sure. Most of it is kind of cheesy and wouldnt pay what they are asking

I have made several purchases with this app. Every product that I have received has been top notch quality, and during one of my previous purchases I did have an issue that needed the help of their client support staff. It was resolved quickly and amicably. The reason for only 3 stars you may be asking yourself? Almost everything that is listed on this app for sale seems to come from China. We are paying a premium for China products. I would much rather be supporting a fellow American with my $$
