I noticed a small notation by the publisher to mention the bank and they would look into it (not very hopeful but...) I bank at JACOM and until the last update the app worked but now it doesn't even open the title screen for the app. Extremely disappointed, very inconvenient. UPDATE: On my own removed the app usage from my online account with my bank. Then uninstalled from my phone, turned off phone restarted phone and reinstalled app adding the app code I received from my bank originally.
This app no longer works in my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3. I get just a tiny icon picture against a white background. The app is gone as if it was completely deleted with only a small icon logo appearing as a place holder. So weird. I use this mobile app often cause I don't like going to my browser. Please fix it. Most banks these days have mobile apps that work in all cell phones. Yours is very poorly made, it needs a major redesign and needs to service all types of phones.
I have used this app for years to access my banking via my phone. It has been very useful and handy. Now, since one of their recent updates, like so many others here, I get a security violation message and the app shuts down. I have emailed the developer 3 times about this with no response and, apparently, no fix. The app at this point is useless, as is their customer service.
This app worked perfectly for all my finance needs... Until two weeks. Now it won't open and only gives me the "white screen". I've tried uninstalling, restarting the phone, reinstalling, restarting the phone, force stop the app, refresh the app, I called the bank... No avail! Any suggestions?!
App was working fine until now after update. Screen goes white and locks up to the point where only a phone power reset will clear it. I just uninstalled and reinstalled- same problem. Will contact my bank and tell them to get an app that's not worthless.
Just got the Samsung S-22 and had an issue trying to get the app to work. How to reset some settings on the phone along with having McAfee Security and now I have no issues! I didn't realize how much I use my app until I couldn't get to it.
So far so good. *Edit*. A few months in. Easy to operate user interface. Nice to see loan and account balances easily on front page ... Mobile deposit works well. Nice app to have. Functional. Helpful.
Just like others Getting security violations and app is not loading, I have cleared data updated my device and reinstalled the app a few times with no change. devs we have lost access for weeks now. Please fix or give suggestions as to what is causing the issue.
This app no longer works with my Samsung S7. All I get is a blank white screen. Yes, I have tried to reinstall. No, it no longer works!
Since their update, everything seems to be working good now with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Same as Samantha Masters said. Got the new s22 and now app isn't working / loading on it. Was working previously on my s20 fine. Working now with my s22. 3/16/22
This app was kind of goofy to install. But I got it to work and has been working for the last year. Now suddenly, it won't even load. I uninstalled it reinstalled it and it still will not load.
I've used touchbanking for years without ever having a problem. But since March 15th I have not been able to use the app. Very frustrating no-one to call about the problem know where to go to get information.
App won't launch anymore... may 7th 22 and it won't log in. Keeps repeating the log in and never does. Junk.
Horrible! This last app update completely stopped the app from working. Now it only opens to an all white screen. Really??! Reinstalling does no good. I used to love this app, now it's worthless!
3/18/22 app was working just fine on my galaxy s7 until then. Now all it does is open to a white screen. Please stop updating, it is very inconvenient! Please fix this!
Since last update app will not load on my phone. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it. When hitting the app only a blank screen appears.
LEXIS Snyders review is exactly the same problem I am haviing. Can touch bankng fix this problem? what can I do to get it working Just two popups come on and won't let me open it since mid-march. My bank, the phone company, no one knows how to get it working again.
This app is getting difficult to even open. Endless Uninstall and signing in just to come across having to do the same thing over and over again.
Application was working just fine 3/24/22 now when i try to use the app it says "Application violated security policies and it will be shut down" please help. Very inconvenient considering this is only app my credit union uses to access our accounts
Since the last update, I have been unable to use the application, appears error or just the white screen trying to open.
Horrible, upgraded to new s22 and app won't even open now. UPDATE 3/16/22.... FINALLY an update was pushed and now works on the s22 series.
Loads and works with standard login after update. Fingerprint login does not work at this time.
After the update mine will not work at all. I open the ap and all i get is a white page then it shuts off have tryed uninstalling and redoing same thing.
The app was working great ...I didnt even change phones and getting same white screen as others are complaining about ...hopefully they will see these reviews and fix problem.
The absolute worst app I've ever used. Each update only produces more errors. I would give a 0 if I could.

Since their last update, I have been unable to use the app. Every single time I open the app, a pop- up box appears with, "Application has violated security policies and it will be shut down(1839:8ECC)." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but didn't work. Your last update rendered your app useless. Please fix as this app is useful (when it works)
