Touchnote

I've attempted to purchase two cards, the first one it took my payment but never brought me to the completed screen and left a loading bar for 15 minutes until I exited and started over, only to be charged again and have the same issue. I then tried to purchase a mother's day card and the payment was accepted but it showed an error screen stating "payment was completed but something happened, please try again" I'm not getting charged 4 times for two cards that aren't even being sent. ridiculous!

The quality of the cards is always good. Great to be able to personalise with a photo and so handy, especially when you forget about an approaching occasion. Great for holiday postcards as you can duplicate them, saving time on writing another message.

Kept freezing when entering recipients name, rest 4 times, then 5th time "confirmed order" Without me selecting payment plan, had no idea what they were charging me (single card or monthly) so cancelled. Sent three emails to tech support, never heard back, only auto reply. Very disappointed.

Used this for a few years and normally good but now freezes when typing in a new address. The keyboard just refuses to work (and I'm typing this review using the keyboard so it's just the app) so pretty useless until it's fixed. Please could someone sort out the issue.

I used this app and sent a card to relative. It took a few weeks, but I thought how nice. It's been 2 years since and I thought I'd better use the $10 left in the account. Decided to send myself a card just to test how far it works in 2022. I created card on Feb. 19, and today is March 18 and the app says they are still working on sending my card out. Good thing it's not for a holiday or special event. Do yourself a favor, just buy a greeting card and print your own pictures; this App stinks!

I enjoy being able to use my own photos to create a unique card. Sometimes I can't read the greeting I've added to a saved card, or one that's already been sent which is frustrating. Nonetheless, it's a great service and useful app that I enjoy using. The notifications and quick delivery are reliable, which is reassuring.

Addresses are very difficult to put in, phone locks, went to my computer to add. Have to Uninstall, reinstall for address to show up on my phone only. This survey even locks my phone

Just bought the membership and tried to send a postcard. It keeps saying an error occurred please tap to try again but then nothing happens. I want my money back.

The app and service are great, but beware the credit pack option, they expire after a year with no reminder, so I lost out on 20-30£ with no warning :'(

I keep uploading photos and then only half the pictures show. Ive used this app for over a year and never had this until recently. Ive always got strong Internet connection so I dont know what is going on.

I haven't been able to get it to work yet. I've had it for two months and have the silver membership so I should have 4 postcards to send but the app is near impossible to use. It won't allow me to select a prebuilt card. When I click on it and move forward to the editing screen it disappears. Ugh!

Works fine most of the time, I love the photo stamp and how easy it is but there r some really annoying things like u can't see the text at the bottom of the postcard as u type so have to guess. Have bee several times when it took me ages to complete a card as I just couldn't move on! Said I didn't have enough credits even though my profile said I had 1 credit. It might be that I didn't have enough for what I was creating but should be warned at the beginning then!

Stupid app, can't find profile or my account details to unsubscribe, it keeps stealing money from me each month and I don't even use the app. Give me access to my account on the home page! All it has is step by step in sending a new card, you can't log out and and in with a different account to un subscribe. I can't remember what email I used so I can't log out without deleting it and reinstalling. Stupid app. I want the last year's worth of subs back as I've not used the service.

I am a big fan of the business idea with this app, especially the greeting cards. Having someone mail for me a card I chose or designed on line is great. But the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The app has a glitch with the addressing and does not retain the state you enter for the address. End result is the card I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. I was expecting a more reasonable 3 to 4 days, since they can print and post your card the day after you order it. Really is snail mail!

Very slow to produce their product. Waiting going on two weeks for a post card to be printed. I canceled one because I was tired of waiting and the other will not allow me to cancel. It's a waste of time, look elsewhere.

I have only just joined TouchNote, recommended by my brother. I'm happy with the ease of keeping in touch with my grandchildren without having to use increasing postage costs and getting to a post box!

i love this app for keeping in touch with family and friends by using my own photos. Easy to use, easy to pay, fairly fast delivery.

This app is good but has a few glitches. Tonight for instance it will not allow me to pick a photo for a card. I've tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache . It allows me to do this ok post cards but doesn't allow me on regular cards and collage cards. Weird.

App is constantly buggy with no help from Touchnote. Was grear initially but now does not let me upload photos which is kinda the whole point. Have tried three different devices - all the same. Am moving to a different app now.

I like the idea of Touchnote. It's nice to upload pictures and send cards without addressing and mailing myself. I find that the cost of the package I purchase always has additional, undisclosed fees. I most recently bought a 20 pack for 54.95 + tax. Then a random charge for an "international transfer fee" appeared on my statement from Touchnote. Next Christmas I'll find a service that is transparent and discloses all fees upfront. My bank says there is a 3% fee on all international transfers.

I purchased 20 credits to send out cards. I ordered the cards with the app, hit "send" and the cards were supposedly off. Well, they never showed up. I wrote to Touchnote and they said that even though the app shows that the cards are "ready to be posted," that weeks later, they never went out. They apologized. Said would reissue the credits spent. A few weeks later I went to send new cards and guess what, no credits were added. I feel like they have stolen from me. Very disappointed.

Needs some work. I placed an order and made a mistake and was able to cancel it because the date you select is the date it gets sent not the delivery date. Then i placed another order and it looked like it didnt order so i did it again and it made a duplicate order. It didnt have an option to cancel any other orders. Very frustrating dont know if ill be using this again.

Would give it minus 1 if I could. App kept freezing crashing. Emailed touchnote. No response. Ended up sending 2 cards to the same person as site kept freezing. 4 hours trying to send Christmas cards. Contacted customer services still awaiting a response.

Here is a list of info this app allows 3rd party's (Google, instabug) to access from your system: Android advertising ID; timezone; GPS coordinate; Unique identifier; screen resolution; available internal storage; app version; local IP address ; CPU data; device memory; system volume; OS version; Email address; charging status; screen density; device name; network connection type; OS build number; your first name, last name, city, state, country, gender, +5 more! I have an issue with this.

Absolutely appalling. Placed an order on the 12/12, contacted customer support to receive nothing. Waste of time and money...0 stars from me! Q&A say the cards are processed within the hour...an absolute lie. Dont bother with this app. Logged out and back in to see if account would update and it's taken my money and deleted the order!

This App & touch note business is the best thing since sliced bread. Easy to use & quicker communication with incarcerated loved ones, upload a personal photo to the front of the postcard & brighten an inmate's day with a smile. I Love touch note, makes my inmate Advocacy nonprofit organization so easy to reach the prisons & detention centers all around the 🌎. thank you 🙏

I purchased a package of 100 credits. I started out sending 2 postcards to myself and I only received 1 of them. I sent 3 postcards to another contact and they only received 2 of them. I sent another postcard to a friend and he never received it.... Waited 3 weeks for resending. This percentage of PCs not showing up is way too high. If it was just one every once in awhile you could blame it on the post office but in this case having 3 PCs not show up out of 20 being sent.... Something is wrong

Good product, clunky app. The cards are lovely quality but the app order process is frustrating. Always freezes. Difficult to save drafts or 'favorite' card designs.

1 star because I like sending the postcards to my family overseas. Only 1 star because after paying for a yearly membership of $93! It still charges me $1 for every card despite advertising 'unlimited cards'. Now I dont know how to contact them to cancel!! Very unimpressed
