TouchPal Keyboard - Cute Emoji

It's actually a great app along with neon light theme, the problem is the very very intrusive ads. I don't mind them appearing in a smaller section of the screen; but the worst is when they just appear after each phone call, & in full screen & I had to press 'cancel' and 'back' individually. And if my screen is locked, I would have to unlock before I can 'cancel' and 'back'. Those annoying steps can be dangerous if I needed to dial emergency numbers. So. I finally gave up and uninstalled.

From the way the swype feature works to the customizable keyboard, this is pretty much the best keyboard out there in terms of functionality. I couldn't go back to the regular keyboard after using this. HOWEVER. Even after signing up for their premium service to rid myself of ads, I still see them popping up on a regular basis. It seems I am periodically being signed out of my TouchPal account. It seems completely at random and has been a problem for years. Months will go by without issue, then suddenly I'll have to sign back in to get rid of the ads at least five times in a day. It is absolutely infuriating and makes the money I'm paying for their "premium service" feel utterly moot. PLEASE fix this so I can go back to enjoying this otherwise fantastic keyboard. Oh, and be sure to keep that awful lock screen lucky slots thing turned off.

This is my absolute fave keyboard, so why the 2 stars? Because of the ads and the terrible customer service. I've never seen more intrusive ads from any app. It randomly takes over your entire screen and requires multiple clicks to get out of. "So just buy premium!" I have it. I've had it for over a year now. Last summer it just decided that I didn't have it. I've been fighting with support for half a year now, showed screen shots of my sub many times to many people. No one will help.

Good overall app. It's my go-to for a keyboard replacement, but as of yesterday I've been getting pop up ads that interrupt phone calls, videos, & other apps. It shows up in my running tabs as BeiTaPlugin with the TouchPal logo next to it, meaning it's running from that app. My phone isn't the best & these things cause it to lag & overheat, so I have to restart it. It's also annoying. There's no way to get rid of it other then to delete the app. Please fix ASAP so I have a working phone again.

Focus on optimization and performance rather than on themes and more features! I see that this keyboard has stuff that I need: cut, copy, and paste arrow keys, and clipboard as well. The keyboard also features tons of themes to choose for. But, did you notice that all of this is nonsense since your keyboard doesn't work well at all?! Either it would work but not the best performance, or it wouldn't at all. I dont know about this, but make the app better.. please :)

The app has a very useful keyboard, however, any app that will make pop-ups appear on your home screen when no apps are even open is sketchy and should NOT be downloaded! Yes, your ads. There are too many, too frequently, and they appear regardless of whether the app is being used or not. I've already deleted touchpal and am not looking back.

Way too many ads. I used to love this app but there are now so many pop-up ads that it makes it almost impossible to use. Everytime I close an app or end a phone call, I get a pop-up. Unless you have your volume off, the entire room hears a super annoying ad for (normally) tik tok - really great in a professional setting.

This is a good app, the swipe is fast and fairly intuitive, and there are a lot of options to customize it. The one issue I have is when using the keyboard and wifi and data are off, It will not use Speech to Text, instead it reports error: "Network is not available". This happens even with Google offline speech to text enabled. Other keyboard work with speech to text, so please allow Touchpal to use Offline speech to text, this would make Touchpal five stars.

DO NOT INSTALL. This app installed "BeiTa Plugin" adware on my phone behind the scenes. I started getting ads popping up over all my apps and even when I was on the home screen. Finally I noticed I had an app running called BeiTa Plugin with the Touchpal icon. I looked it up and sure enough, it was the source of the ads popping up in all my apps. Uninstalled Touchpal and the problem instantly went away. Even without the adware it has tons of ads - on a keyboard app! Stay far away from this app!

Don't waste your time! The CONSTANT full screen ads are ridiculous! Even when the keyboard is not being used, and phone is LOCKED I get noisy ads that I have to unlock my phone to exit out of. Also video ads that last a few seconds before you can skip/exit out of (not good if you need your phone in an emergency)!! The ads are so intrusive! Touchpal keep asking people to send screenshots of the ads, but are doing nothing about it. Extremely frustrating. I'm changing back to a competitors keyboard.

I miss this app soooo much! I used it for years, but decided not to download it with my newest phone. I am stuck using the stock keyboard because I can't deal with the ads that come with TouchPal. I paid for it and all. Even after deletion, ads still popped up. Please fix this because I SERIOUSLY miss this app. Other keyboards just do not compare! Fix the ads and I'll come back! I'M BEGGING!!

I used to love this app, until the ads got annoying. I used to be able to use TouchPal with a simple add on the keyboard itself that never bothered me. now whenever I go to type, an ad pops up and blocks the screen causing me to accidentally click it or interrupts me when I'm writing something important. sometimes it even plays video ads which are NOT COOL. I might even consider uninstalling the app until you guys fix the ads and take away everything that pops up, it's getting on my last nerves!

Full screen video ads just for turning on my phone? That's just ridiculous and dangerous when I'm using Google Maps to get somewhere and a random ad pops up and I have to look away from the road and manually turn it off so I know where I'm going. Ads are understandable but that is greed at its finest right there. Old TouchPal used to be so much better.

Do not download the app! I used to love it, then the ads came, i paid for the ad free version, after about 5 months the ads came back. I contacted customer support but no answer. The ads get overlaid over everything, sometimes making it impossible to use my phone without going back to the home screen and then they cover the home screen or they pop up so conveniently where I'm about to press that it's guaranteed that I will "accidentally" click the ad. My phone is useless with it. Uninstalled!

Be careful this app is infested with the BeiTa plugin that puts full ads on your devices. Every time I make a call or text, I have full size ads on my device I payed for, own and is private! And no, I'm not sending you a snapshot of the ads. I block them now. You lost my confidence and trust. Besides that, good at recognizing words, but insists on strange ones never used. Buy the premium but DON'T ever use the free version. You'll regret it! Sadly I uninstalled it. I'll check it out later.

Remove the nonsense ads and don't ask for a screenshot for you surely know how your systems works. Do not pretend that you do not see it. Even in the middle of typing or doing something else, the phone will freeze and lag, then violah! Ad! Ad! Ad! Not really good and is not tolerable anymore. Will be uninstalling soon if this continues. Sad to let go but we have no choice.

I paid for no ad, still show ads sometimes. And previous version allows me to edit the top bar which I can decide what icon to put there. I don't need the theme, shaky smile and bubble, very disturbing when sometimes I accidentally press it. I need "edit" function often but now it hides inside the hand. I love the old version aaaa lot! New version very inconvenient for me... And now I want to cancel next subscription and I can't find a way to do it. Sad

I like this app and everything but ADS are a pain so I bought the supposedly ad-free version TWICE. I don't know how it happened but I bought the FOREVER ad-free version but I still kept seeing ads, so I opened the main app, turns out there's a premium version with yearly fee so I bought that too. Now I'm still seeing the ads. What the hell did I pay for? I tried emailing the contact email indicated here but there was no response at all. I feel scammed.

This app use to be great. After it implant all the advertising and other seller recommendation pop up, when you try to make purchase on other online retailers. It really becomes really annoying and bothersome. Not to mention, I pay yearly fee , to opt out advertising. It still won't stop. There are other app that are advertisement free and better.

The keyboard is great but heavy on memory, very good prediction in English but not as good in Arabic for example, but the reason i finally decided to delete it was that it openes in the background an average of 8 sockets to servers in China and stays connected even if you have a firewall or cancel all it's permissions, it got too creepy. Please fix this and announce it, many clients will come back. Thanks

I can't stand the ads that come up on my phone continuously. They prohibit me from doing other things on my phone, like just making calls you have to close ads before you can make a call. The keyboard choices are wonderful however. Can you fix this?? I'm considering deleting the app just because of the ads. The old version didn't do this to my phone...

I've used this app faithfully for the past few years but at the beginning of this year they decided to add ads that completely pull you out of whatever app you're using. Showing a small ad while I'm actually using the keyboard is one thing but these ads are the most overbearing, intrusive things ever. You guys really need to go back to how it functioned last year because it's really annoying to be texting someone and get yanked out of the conversation by a TikTok ad.

This is probably the best keyboard app out there. Not only it has more keyboard themes than other apps, but the auto-correct is very good and the predictions are hilarious but sometimes very useful. The only bad thing about the app is the appearing and disappearing glitch, the ads and the lag when I need an emoji. Overall, a very strong app. It definitely deserves to be downloaded

‼️UPDATE‼️ This app is getting more horrible by the day, it keeps uploading pics ON IT'S OWN into folders on my phone and ads pop up and the most random times, cutting off and interrupting whatever I'm doing on my phone. I'm unable to go out of the ad until it finishes playing. I have emailed SO MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE OR FIX TO THIS. I like the app which is why I haven't permanently uninstalled but I'll definitely have to if this keeps up. JUST BE CAUTIOUS WHEN GETTING THIS APP ‼️

I don't know if this review is going to get to the programmers though... great job firstly on touchpal... it would be perfect if there is a quick toggle button for translation, which would be directly linked with Google translator... for example in a chat.. I could just double click on a Spanish reply and as long as I'm using touchpal it would automatically trigger a translation and when I type a reply.. there would be a translate button close to the space bar that enables translation
