Action>Touch By Text does not work on Wifi page ("SEARCHING..." page)- LGG6 Android 8. What's odd is the element picker assist reads the text properly (e.g. "xfinitywifi"), but won't perform a Click on it. Click by XY Coordinate works, but not Text. Click by Text works in AutoInput app (basically this app but the version made by maker/owner of Tasker app itself), so this app seems to be bugged. Also, Click by Text WORKS on a subpart of the Wifi page (e.g. choose a network, the "CANCEL", "FORGET", 'Show advanced options", etc Texts), so there must be a simple oversight somewhere.
Good plugin for "Tasker". But unfortunately sometimes during a touch action on an app (Ewelink) it freeze the phone completely. If the app in question has been started up in the background earlier it works fine. But if the Tasker start it up from scratch and than make a touch action on it, the system hangs up. Even if I put 30-40 seconds waiting time between the app start up and the touch action.
Wow, another amazing Tasker plugin! This is a great alternative to autoinput as well as being a great screen recorder with Tasker intergration (if that is something you're interested in) Thanks! p.s. if anyone is reading the one star reviews it's because they don't understand that it's a Tasker plugin and think it's a stand-alone app. Wish there was some way to donate!
Useful, perfectly working, Thanks for no Internet access permission. Now on samsung oreo it's not recognise fingerprint h.w. + on samsung a6plus fingerprint gesture not working, also a beautiful free app fingerprint swipe also not working, when both of app perfectly working in my previous honor mobile. Great plugin not only fir Tasker but Macrodroid. It has so many features even though automation tools itself couldn't. However, it sometimes stacked while using with Macrodroid internal tap detector. It seems something conflicts.
Can't get tap action to work no matter how, looked at your YouTube video "touchtask tutorial" and pressing the button in phone app doesn't yield as much option like you do. Turns out I need to add a wait step for a few seconds

Guys, whoever is reading this review, please help me. I am using Tasker for the past 3.5 years. I am trying to make a profile which a task name "Tickets". Now in that task I want to wait before an action for a certain time until something appears on the screen. But that period of time isn't fixed, it keeps changing. So how do I add a wait time for a duration which is not specific? Please Help! I would be really grateful.
is there any forum community since google plus is no longer exist? I'm wondering is the TouchTask can do also text write for action? (I found there's Cut, Copy, Paste, etc). for example to fill the username/password automatically. Thanks for this plugin.
It was working great until I changed phones and upgraded to Android to 10 now I cannot seem to get the tap action to work.
I haven't used this yet but I have a question that needs to be answered. Why does the privacy policy need to collect voice data? Edit: Dev reached out and I understand now, but I'm new to tasker and still can't get it to work, so will delete tomorrow
It works. You have to allow Accessibility to say the least. Also for Swipe - put duration as 500 milliseconds.
When I use the image path "/sdcard/test.jpg" in the compare of screen capture, it gives File not found error. How am I supposed to enter the file path?
we need some basic tutorials. I installed it, set-up the permissions and... it does nothing.
Another tasker failure. Blocks autonotification input after screen unlock.

RESPONSE: I would say that a programmer worth their salt could code a solution instead of using blame as an excuse for their laziness/lack of ability. Maybe you shouldn't blame your programming problems on "Samsung bug". If I had to guess who was at fault, the top company making the best high quality technological devices or the guy speaking broken english, I'm gonna have to go with Broken English Guy.
Love the "screen record" action. Paired this app with Macrodroid to have some more control.

Excellent, but closed by my huawei y7 prime 2019 after few hours!!! I tried many solutions but no chance!
Recently the app started to lose accessibility privileges (Note 10).
its great it doesn't seem to be able to click on video games though particularly old school runescape
Plugin didn't work with my devices sadly but the app looks good and works great otherwise.

Really good substitute for the tasker plugin; The only thing is it seems to make my phone hang/freeze for 1-2 seconds randomly; I've installed/uninstalled to check and it does seem to be the app. This happens even with all the options disabled in settings (but accessibility enabled); any ideia what it could be?
