TOUR DE FRANCE 2016 by ŠKODA

App is horrible compared to last year. Very very slow. The elevation profile map with live progress is tiny, with a tiny zoom button that makes it only slightly bigger. The live road map is horrible, slow and hard to move. If I scroll the map left, it scrolls to the next stage's page. WHY???? The map is slow and unresponsive often. Last year I liked the app much better, it was faster with a user friendly layout and I could see live standings with ease. Not this time. What were they thinking?????

Poor. This is an incredibly dysfunctional app. The videos are barely accessible. You can't watch them in landscape. You can't skip the ad's that seem to go on forever. The layout is utterly counterintuitive and so it's difficulty to find anything you are looking for. The only positive is that the app probably contains everything that you want to find... except that you'll never be able to actually find it or be bothered to watch it

Disappointment, I have been using this app for years, in tandem with watching the TV coverage, I have thought highly of it before. I won't bother with detail, I see others have touched on the problems, except to mention that the profile map is f$@%ing horrible and it and the progress chart are the most important things and they both are close to useless.

i was very happy with the 2018 ap. 2019 is terrible. videos difficult to find. results spoilers are displayed before being abke to access videos. videos will not load full screen. There appears to be little overall design with features seemingly develpoed at random, and the basics has suffered to the point this app is unusable. i just to watch the daily summary. I will try the website.

Keeps stopping when opened. Had to reinstall to get app working again. Was stable for a day, then problem returned. Some menus not accessible. They are off the bottom edge of screen. Update: as of 6 Sept I have reinstalled four times due to repeated stalling and crashes. Update 10 August. App keeps crashing the day after being re-installed. Giving up. Will read day's results and highlights on website instead.

I have used this app for many many years, this is the worst update ever. I used to watch live video coverage through the app when outside. But this year No live video coverage through the app and no proper stage videos. This version is so complicated and utter nonsense. Previous versions were so simple and more user friendly. Pls bring back the previous versions.

The biggest problem with this app is that it counts the km up instead of down like the TV experience. So as I try to follow the race on TV along with the app, I continually have to subtract the km left in the race from the km on your app to see where they are on your stage map. You should start with the total race length and count down to the end.

Looks lovely at first sight but does not give clear and timely information. (Or if it does I can't find it) All I want is good map and stage profile and info about which riders are doing what in the stage. I don't need videos and fancy graphics, I have the Eurosport uninterrupted coverage. The map is small and doesn't give the live info in previous versions. Why mess up what used to be a clear and informative app? Try Tour Tracker folks it's not perfect but gives all the basic info.

could be so much better ... trying to find anything is so confusing . information i want is not on the site... wanted to see results for green jersey all they have is final numbers cannot see how the points were accumulated... should have statistics for each point stage... also i would like to see a list of points available for each jersey for each stage.... if its there i cannot find it because site is not user friendly

Seems landscape-mode for the videos is not supported. That is such a shame, because the content is good but portrait-only mode is just not a practical nor desirable way to view it. It's a shameful waste of good data.

I hardly ever review apps but in this instance I had to The app from the previous was excellent, easy to use with great features. I am still struggling to access the highlights, live map, profile etc and I'm not even sure I can cast anything Was this thing even tested before release??

Under the "Riders" tab the favourite drivers are getting reset constantly. It doesn't permanently save my favourite riders but instead resets when I go out of the riders tab. Hopefully this bug can be fixed. Thanks in advance!

Seems to be a nightmare to navigate. I've used the Tour de France App for many years and never had any problems finding anything. It was clear and simple. Not.happy with this version at all.

Good for tour info and easy to navigate. But still gives notifications even after switching them off. Which means I get spoilers when waiting to see the highlights on ITV. Very annoying.

A brilliant App that works as it should.. you lose one star because you fail to mention daily start times.. of have I missed them. Could a 15min warning notification be added in the future just to give this old man the heads up for the departure each day. Keep up the good work.

At first glance it seems like they've really messed this app up. The route map is so small it's useless. The home screen is full of nonsense you don't need. Will probably delete and just use the Guardian's newspaper coverage.

Very bad app. After more than 1 hour of the end of the stage, is not able to produce the stage or the general classsification. Por maintained.

This app is worthless. Gets worse every year. Route map is too small to read, and following times and statistics of individual riders is very difficult.

I'm not sure what problems people have with this app, but I can't fault it. The livetracking is excellent, it's accurate and up to date. Pair this with live pictures on TV and you've all the information you could ever need

Under stage of the day the stage number is not even displayed. Overall, app performance is not good and not bad. Somewhere in between. Need a lot of work.

Standings have not been available for the last few stages. Information is present on the race center, and the website, but the app standings section is not updating. Poor show.

Decent app, but even though I have switched off notifications in preferences yet am still getting them. No good when you want to record the race and watch it each evening. Will need to uninstall.

Looks promising with stages and routes loaded up. Still some aspects to include like teams. Will see how good the news, live views and table standings are when the event starts in a few days time.

Full of ads and unwanted video clips. Very limited info on courses. Even course maps cannot enlarge so difficult to read. A poor rep of the Tour I am afraid.

Don't go for this app, you want the tour tracker app. This has such a horrible layout and no live coverage! Sbs tour tracker is the one you want in Aus.

Horrible experience: can't skip the advertising. Notifications don't take you to the topic but to the adverts. Can't seem able to find anything in the app. How in the world is it possible to have such an app for such an event?!

This app is truly awful. I have been unable to find info about the stage route or details of the previous stage winners. Some details kick in when the stage is underway and then you get flooded with notifications.
