I am pleased to see that this edition remains the best pro cycling management simulation game available for Android. Just like it's predecessors TDF2019 is an enjoyable game which somehow manages to balance a fair representation of the incredible tactical complexity of the sport with the need to keep the game playable and the mobile interface clear. I really want to give it 5 stars but the paid premium items are as ridiculously overpowered as in the earlier titles in the series which is a pity.
Honestly this game lacks depth. Professional cycling is a very unique and this game just changes that to be knowing when to press a button or just letting the auto manager work. I would think that an official game would be allowed to have the real team names and riders names. It is also chalked full of microtransactions and if there wasn't the free enegery options the game would be unplayable without an Amex or Visa.
Interesting game. Nevertheless, it could have more managerial details such as closing deals with sponsors and equipment suppliers, assigning specific season objectives/targets to the team manager, scouting of new riders, possibility to own a junior team to develop new/young riders for the main team, etc. The game could also be renamed so it doesn't give the impression that is solely about the Tour de France.
the 2019 version is fine devs forgot to put individual action tutorial you added much more stuff than you did with 2018 career just feels like doing levels in career in many tours you cant get a yellow jersey because it wants you to do a different objective i miss the 2017 version where career was fun when you could actually have fun competition with ai in events category nothing new except mechanic event game runs smoother game still has many bugs that still arent fixed
First day, great. Was enjoying it enough to consider buying a pack of cash. Second day, played 2 stages (less than a minute each), two forced, unskippable ads. Uninstalled.
frustrating. why make us repeat stages if we cant achieve some ridiculously high number of points that is unrealistic. upgrading is frustrating as well. but mainly the repeating stages thing.
Could you solve the one on one game mode issue plz. It's been three days already and no action from your side. I'm not one to complain normally but I've spent enough money playing the game to have demands. Update, after a nice mail from your help desk the issue was solved but only for 15 minutes. Plz sort this bug out for good.
Excellent time waster you DO NOT need to spend money to make it anywhere. This game has been fun. I only wish it was easier to earn riders. Maybe dev could look at madden and look at how their card packs are setup for some good ideas.
There is an error at the objective of stage 7, Tour de l'Avenir. Also in stage 9 might be an error, finished with 5 riders first climb and with 4 last climb, did't have enough points .... !?!
this app is a joke, why does it possibly need my camera and gallery access? Not to mention my phone book. I didn't accept they're permissions, but it didn't seem to bother the game at all it continue to download updates I'm not interested. I tempted to open the app one time, it was confusing, and then yet again it begin to automatically download without concern for me counseling the download several times.
Need updates Add an option to skip stage, isn't correct thing to repeat an stage for 20 times. I am insane with difficulty of the stage. - 2 please resolve this.
fun and really enjoyable at the start but the stupid objectives get in the way of you having any fun. Everything is also way too expensive for you
pay to play. you need to spend real money to even play. I spent $20 and got stuck on 2md race in career and can't beat it because my team is too weak. don't waste your time on this game.
Always loading and can't connect to server. If you can make this offline game then it is much better. And consider this a 5 star game.
Decent game that forces a dynamic strategy. ads are becoming intrusive to the experience though.
Enjoy the game, objectives in career mode are a ballache. Can't get past stage 3 arctic race of Norway. Seems impossible
Terrible. Clearly developed by a group with no knowledge of how cycling actually works. So little effort put in to this app. The reason why nobody purchases in game is obvious to see

repetitive drivvle, avout as interesting as a transition stage but withiut the sprint finish
Nice game but you need money to enjoy it. You cannot go through some stages because you do not have good cyclists.
The stage objectives ruin this game. just keep it as a purely manager game without the objectives

3rd time ive downloaded this game i love and hate it wish it was offline game has so much potential graphics can be so much better if your not a cyclist you wont understand the game....update this game please🙏

This will keep you well-entertained for 3-4 weeks even, if like me, you don't want to spend any money. Over time though the one on one stuff gets dull and repetitive and you get to various blockers in career where meeting the stage objectives is near impossible and downright unrealistic (get all five of your team's riders over both category 1 climbs in the top five poisitions!). The graphics are fairly nice and you can progress well for free, especially if you join a good club.
