TourBar - find a travel buddy

I downloaded this app everything was going on smoothly then after I downloaded my pictures sadly they block me it's very bad you guys should do something about

I was excited to find TourBar and wanted to buy a subscription. I completed my profile and sent my photo, phone, and ID for verification. Then while waiting for verification, my account was suddenly blocked with no explanation!! Since I can no longer login, there's no way to contact Customer Support. If I had bought a plan, I would have lost my money with no recourse. It can't be safe to spend money on this site if you can't reach Customer Service should they decide to block you without cause.

So annoying I tried to login, it keeps telling me wrong password, so annoying please just forget about this app not good

Awful!!!! After "deleting" the profile, the photos and profile description created for this app keep linking your name with the app, when anyone do a quick search of your name at Google. In addition, more than people looking for travel partners or host you when you travel, are dozens of people spamming your inbox, asking for free travels. So far I haven't had any help to stop linking my personal images with the app after I deleted my account. I would not recommend you to download it.

Can't talk to person untill you won't get upgraded while that person is texting you but I am not able to reply. This thing can't help in meeting new people while travelling. You should add this option that if person responds to me then I should be in state to reply them. The meaning of this app gets ruined completely because of these things. It's of no use to me with such things.

The application is very good and user interface is too good. I would like to suggest a small change in your application. You can add auto translation for languages. So communication with travellers will be easier.i thought it will bring more users to this application if you do the minor changes .

Good just that you cant text any one until you card the app why?

Worst experience. I can't even reply to the peoples who text me. And not able to start the ' just 7 days' trial without payment options. Developers, First i need try this app for somedays. After that if i don't like this app and cant cancel the subscription.. my money will be gone! Please make it trial without any payment option.

Full of stupid bugs, I even cannot fulfill my profile and change my name to hide my second name. Stupid restrictions.

The app is very good, helps to interact with many people across the globe. I would request to add some features like advance search, folders at messenger to save the messages in different folders as it easy to search the past messages.

I hate that you can't send a SINGLE MESSAGE without premium membership. If it was limited it'd have been fine, but it's zero. You can't even reply to people who have messaged you. The prices are also unjustifiably high. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this app!

the idea of the application is quite nice. unfortunately many members don't understand the concept which is finding a trip partner. beside the subscription is so expensive that it attract mostly wrong or rich people while It keeps most people away. i guess this is the most expensive application I have ever seen.

Except for the paid subscription part, rest is all good. There's still a whole lot of room for the app to improvise in terms of the speed of loading pages and the features to communicate with friends!

Day 1 - Sign up. 23 hours later - get blocked before I could set up my account. I never knew this was possible but this app sure made it happen. Cannot attest to the fact that this app has changed from paid subscription to free since I did not get the chance to even use the app. Worst app ever.

Do not download this app, It will definitely charge your Visa or Amex Card. Because it says you can cancel the subscription after trial period but actually you won't be able to do it. There is no option of cancelling like other apps. So never waste your money, if you don't want to do so.

So upsetting and disappointing , the app is super but!! how it would even make sense to allow communicating from countries and simply lock it for the others, i was just about to charge until i realised that it's gonna be a waste of time until you guy's change your unfair restrictions

I just created an account and was told my account was blocked without any notice or reason. I'm very confused. Please explain. Edit* After reading the reviews I realize I was blocked because I was smart enough not to give them my credit card info for the 'free trial'. Don't be a sucker or desperate for love people. Real love shouldn't cost you money. You will find it. Oh and this app, if you hadn't guessed it, is a total SCAM. Shame on y'all. Don't bother downloading or wasting your time!

Bad option don't use it. You can't be matched with friends YOU NEED TO PAY HUGE EXPENSIVE PRICE 30€ monthly!!!! Otherwise they are a lot of app with free services.

I've joined the app and left today unfortunately due to asking money from members. However I've been on 7 days free trail and I deleted my account before cancel subscription. Now I'm not able to cancel subscription would you help me please This app has technical issues. Do not download it.

Don't use this app! App is not free at all. Even for replying a Hi u need to give ur CC details! And it's super expensive. If you want to meet travelers use Couchsurfing or any other apps who are completely free. This is short of scam where they ask for CC n then u will be charged that too a higher amount. This is also strange that I only got messages from Russian women! Maybe it's programmed so I pay for more to talk these good looking women... Don't fall in trap of this app

Tried to sign up but activation email never received, and yes, I checked spam folders. Tried multiple times and site says "email exists". No option to resend activation. Frustrating. Uninstalled.
