It will not open I have Uninstalled it and re installed , I have taken bi meterics off turned off saved pass words I don't know what else to do , it takes forever to open, what is the point of having an app if it don't work properly. It has been going on since Dec. I don't log in every day until recently , and I have been so busy I keep forgetting to call to report the issue.

Overall the app is clean and easy to use. On my OnePlus 6T I cannot deposit checks. Once you get to the part where you need to take a picture of the front of the check, tapping the screen does nothing. Also there is no button icon to take a picture. Again, the app is great but this is my only gripe. Update 12/8/18: Reached out to Tower about the mobile deposit issue. They responded quickly and let me know they were addressing the issue for Android phones. They let me know this was resolved by their development team and as of this update I have successfully used this feature. Thanks Tower!

Still unable to deposit checks printed on the bottom of 8.5 x 11 sheets. Takes what appears to be a perfect photo (that would have been accepted in the past) and returns an error that the edges are torn or blurry. Seems to be capturing 1-2mm of black background on the top and left sides. Same error for front and back images.

This app is great! Easy mobile check deposit feature is awesome. It has always been intuitive and use friendly. I like being able to check balances and keep an eye on transactions that have occurred. But by far the best part is how easy it is to deposit a check with the auto picture feature. I like it a lot! Tower is a great credit union and had always done right by my family and me.

Would give 5 stars, but after the last update transactions are no longer sorted by date. I find that annoying because it was much easier for me to find a particular transaction the way the app used to be set up. Also noticed that the new app is crashing every time I try to check status of mobile deposits.

Easy to use, do not like the update change to the bill pay section. More clicks to get into one of the main reasons to have online banking. Also hard to find place to transfer mony, apparently have to log out of app the go to web page. New update made it so cannot use fingerprint to login - or I can't find where to enable it again.

SOOOO frustrating. On my phone, it logs out "due to inactivity" while I'm taking a photo of a check for deposit, though I've been logged in for <30 seconds and have been "inactive" <2 seconds. On my tablet, the camera focuses in on only part of a check and then won't let me hit "deposit" because information is missing, where the app cut off the check number or other crucial information. I just spent 20+ minutes depositing a machine-printed check from an insurance company. Insane. 0 stars.

Love the mobile check deposit feature. App is really responsive and convenient. It would be cool to have biometric support. I think I've set it up before (a few times?) but it always prompts for password.

The app is slower than it has ever been after their "upgrade for the future" load times can be 3 to 5 mins just to login. No updates on your accounts during the weekend, and often no updates on your balances until you make a purchase and trigger it to update again. Easy UI but alot to be fixed.

It does its job but it's inconsistent. It now no longer accepts bio login as far as I can tell which it did before...and didn't for a little bit but then before that did. Not a fan of losing functionality.

Make it very easy to pay bills, watch my accounts, all banking stuff. Love it! Would like to be able to transfer to/from another account. THAT would be AWESOME!!

This app is constantly undergoing work, and ALWAYS incorrectly lists information. I don't know how to be less satisfied with a banking experience. I will be shutting down my account finally after the app has been offline for almost 5 days. 3 hours past the ETA of being back online now and I haven't been able to bank in 5 days. Terrible.

Easy to use. Has all of the features I usually use on my computer on the app. Scheduling transfers is very convenient. Also, checking credit card history is easy too. Finally, fingerprint login is very easy to use as well.

Mobile check deposit doesn't always capture the image. especially the back image and then it times out. and then you don't know it's timed out because you weren't warned until you go out of the app cuz you're so frustrated with it.

Just had a little trouble with finicky camera focus but eventually it worked, maybe 30 seconds overall for front and another 30 seconds for back, maybe because I have only done this Mobile App deposit twice now. But it is super convenient. TFCU rocks!

Tower never displays correct balance. Pending deposits show up as posted, which can lead to overdrafts if you aren't careful. Help impossible to obtain from humans when there is a problem. Crashes or is unavailable frequently. Sub-par banking experience.

Tower is and always has been "a cut well above!" Outstanding features, and updates are always helpful, user-friendly and appreciated - never "just because we can!" Thanks, Tower, for over 4 decades of exemplary service!

Works well when it does works. It seems to have technical problems every so often where the app won't display your info or tells you to come back later. Its annoying.

I love this App. I can access it to do everything. The only problem I have is that I have two accounts. It will only use the finger print for one. When I tried to log in to other account it doesn't give a choice. I will have to disable the fingerprint 😒.

App is good and very useful. Annoying and difficult that is required to write on check for deposit "for mobile deposit only to tower federal credit union." Doesn't fit on check and tedious to write, especially for multiple checks.

This app is complete trash, it crashes constantly. If it isn't crashing, then it logs off my account within 15 seconds due to "inactivity", has been happening for over 6 months. The app is unusable.

Great online banking app. Clean and intuitive. Makes online banking quick and easy. I like the ability to preview my account without having to log in all the way.

Editing my review because for 2 months I have had issues mobile depositing checks. Something with the capture is wrong and assumes all checks are torn or folded. Regardless of which check it is. I have tried multiple different ones. Please fix this it is the main reason I use the app.

This App is well laid out and very functional. Almost all the functions on the web page are within the App. The App does a good job with Mobile deposits as well. I use it all the time.
