Good app, except the main screen should show you the calls you have accepted. Having to remember details from calls just to search for them makes the process worse. I dont care about the calls that I either declined or asked for a phone call on. Also every now and then I'm automatically logged out and have to relog in. Just inconvenient plain and simple. Until this is fixed it won't be 5 stars, its lucky I gave it 3 stars honestly.

Very efficient software, and responsive support even after hours. Coupled with Dispatch Anywhere, I have streamlined the "behind the scenes" aspects of my rapidly expanding RSA business. The training and support team are great. Upfront pricing, and when COVID-19 started, Beacon went above and beyond to adjust my rate temporarily while I stressed out about more important things like making payroll. GOOD JOB BEACON!

Love the customer service but the app is about 30% accurate in terms of notication, and memory. It doesn't store calls completed as of record. I love Tow Magic as a whole, I believe it to be better than Tow book, completely!

Calls keep getting dropped on android phones since the notifications doesnt sound 20 percent of the time. Works fine on Iphones.

Customer serv is great, App sucks sometimes, itll work fine then outta nowhere we stop getting notifications,which means loss of revenue!!! extremely dissapointing!!!

I've only had 1 call so far and as for information it was there, however me being new to the APP I didn't understand how to accept or navigate thru the App so I lost the job. But from what I saw at the time this should really be a cool app.

Sound no longer working uninstalled and reinstalled getting frustrating seeing the notification without sound.

IM A SMALL company was missing lots of telephone dispatches for TowMagic paid for itself in one day. Also most apps you can never get a human to call back. Customer service is awesome after calling them they call back within hours and help. Their people are SUPER

App does not have no sound notification since the update...losing jobs to no sound notification
