The app mostly works, but the mobile check deposit doesn't work at all. It's completely worthless, have it on a dark surface and it won't capture, use manual mode can't read account information. Even when you can clearly see the from the picture without even squinting your eyes. No other way of depositing the check or having some manually read the check from the picture to confirm.
Character limit when depositi g a check!? Same exact check and am attempting to redeposit. Now gives me error that it contains over 150 characters. I have been using mobile deposit for this customers checks for over a year and ever had an issue before. Customer service was no help. Their suggestion was to keep trying because the app gets confused. Or bring the check in. You are 2 hours away! Very good reason for me to move my business to someone else!!!
Reliability . I know when I log into the app that I can perform most of my banking needs, from deposits, to transfers, to transactions, to history and balances. Very convenient.
Needs some updates!! No way to use the app approve large purchases. No txt notifications for when they decide to block your card either. It gets frustrating when you try to make a purchase after hours and they block your card. And you have NO WAY to unblock it till 'normal business hours'
Constant errors. Always have to uninstall then reinstall to make it work. We can send equipment to mars yet tccu can not come up with an app that works!!!!
App works well, allows for easy access to account. Issues arose after most recent Android update and doesn't accept fingerprint for log in
App crashes every time.... most oftenly there are error messages the app is such a waste of time won't work at all garbage.....
"This application is unavailable" I've never had luck even accessing my accounts past the login screen. Apo needs to be updated immediately
I am pleased with this app, but I would like to check balances of the same accounts that I have access to online - so all of the accounts linked to me.
Basic but it works. Would love to see some updates in the future so the app can match the quality of the credit union. Love T&C C.U.
Was told to uninstall and reinstall. Getting a message that app isnt available. Cannot log in!
the money manager needs work. could use a better budgeting portion. everything else is pretty great
I like the idea, but it wont let me log in. I even try to register and it says i already am registered, duh, i know that. It just wont let me log into my account on the app
It works well so far. I only wish is that it showed pending transactions like it used to.
The app is very user friendly and makes it a whole lot more convenient then go to the bank every time.
The app doesn't like to work I have to keep deleting and redownload it

After years of having a Wells Fargo account ... I'm 57 and had Wells Fargo done I was 18... they were gashing us on credit cards they went from 15 months zero interest to 38%.. .. that's insane.. i started asking around and I liked the idea of Town n Country so I went in and out was so easy.... love the people at town n country... they know me .. they know my voice on the phone at 32nd Ave... they've been fantastic... Tony Walz started their shortly afterwards he's my go to guy now... very smart

The app lets you view your transactions and transfer funds between your accounts. Mobile deposit worked fine the one time I tried it. You can't view credit card transactions, unfortunately. It only shows your total credit card balance and how much of your limit is available.
