Can log in for a few days then suddenly my "credentials can not be verified". Then after entering my password, I still have to prove I am myself. The only reason I use the app is because calling the number on the back doesn't give me an option to check my balance
Terrible app overall. Won't let you sign in half the time. Occasionally asks for a phone number and when it is entered it says its already in use and kicks me out to the main login screen again.
Can't even sign in. Never sends authentication text and when it used to work it kept logging me out. Awful app

Worked for 3 days then got all hung up. Msg said to force stop & reboot. Did that 6X. I uninstalled & reinstalled 2X & it was worse, can't even log in.
takes very long to get to login page, when you get to log in page ....maybe youll get lucky and it will let you try log in...then make you start all over or tell you you have the wrong password
Zelle doesn't work for me. I get a prompt "We're currently unable to process your request". It's been two months now.
The app refuses to remember my password despite fingerprint being enabled
Crashes 70% of the time I try and use it.

75 percent of the time it doesn't accept my security password, then when I enter it manually it doesn't even open. Totally pointless to have this app will probably change banks based solely on their ineptitude to run their Internet and mobile apps in a proficient manner. Not to mention the months of hassle they caused when they bought out Talmer. Could possibly be the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Won't accept password as correct, makes me fill out security questions every time, then rejects user info.
It's a bad app! Every time there's an update,it logs me out of it and then it won't take my password. I have to called the bank every single time!!

10 times a week I have to re-input my user name and password, then need a code sent to me ..AFTER it sends me a code for verification..to my phone.. it tells me I need to enroll a phone number!!!..Tired of it..Every time i set it up as a 4 digit pass code. Works for a few days, then all of a sudden..need a username and password again..getting to the point where getting a whole new bank would be easier
