The App is good but you need to improve it by allowing payment of car service. This will improve your overall service and will make the car service drop off and pick up more effecient.

Excellent app for Toyota Customers in Oman.
Nice app. Working well. Look and feel is good. Animated pop-ups makes great user interface and feels good to use. Video on startup makes the app to load slower than expected. Each time when user took app, short video come up. It's little annoying. Better to stick with the Toyota logo splash only. All other things are working fine.

App is useful for booking, I agree. But if we don't get our preferred date or timeslot, it shows an error and we have to enter the details all over again (and again) until we get a new date or timeslot. It's frustrating!
