Good app for cataloging past car maintenance, and easily finding Toyota dealers. Some functions are finicky. Such as entering a correct password not working but can copy-pasted in and work, and the service history page not loading. Ultimately unsure of what purpose this app serves. You can enter all this service history and even input your current mileage, but the app doesn't seem to really do anything with it. Even the option to create an account and provide a mailing address and phone number.

Absolutely horrible app. I was told to use this app to renew and manage safety connect. Not only can I not find that anywhere on the app, everywhere I go, the app is telling me I need to login again, and it wants access to make calls, look at files, photos, etc. Toyota makes great cars. Sadly, they are lousy in the app department.

this thing is terrible. I thought it was cool at first until I noticed that the remaining fuel was staying the same and the mileage wasn't changing despite having traveled 300 miles. I refreshed and I logged out but it still won't update. I also keep getting false readings on status alerts from the connect app. the contact us option just gives an error message when I try to email about the issue, so I'm posting the issue publicly. Too bad Toyota app can't be a reliable as their cars.

Total disappointment. Don't know if user issue, Toyota issue or something else. But a whole lot of money spent on a new car that DOESN'T HAVE built in navigation. As I have spent hours and hours trying to link up my nice Samsung tablet. This app won't link. Toyota Entune won't link. Alexa app won't link. In fact, my tablet freezes in any of the 3 apps just mentioned, while it is in the car. NOT GOOD, NOT HAPPY having gone into debt for $36,000 and still have no navigation.

Terrible..Just shows me what I already know about my car. Was forced to install this garbage to try and get the Entune/Remote Connect for the car and it just sends me to a screen showing the car I own. Cannot click on anything, cannot continue to enrollment page, option to remove car just to add it again (tech reset) is not going to work as my ONLY 2 OPTIONS are "I sold the car" or "I never owned the car"... how about just I WANT TO DELETE THE INFO TEMPORARILY. Wasted so much time with this.

Would be a nice app to schedule service, however not a single drop down menu works. Can't schedule service if I can't use the drop downs. Then when I tried to use "contact us" in the app to report the issue, guess what, I couldn't contact them because I had to use drop down menus to email them.

Won't let me register my vehicle, half of the buttons don't do anything when clicked on and the side menu options won't load when you click on them. Tried to use the contact us info, locate dealership and other options from the side menu and it takes me to a blank page every time.

does this App EVER work? Just about every time I've tried to use it, I get a message saying it is not able to complete my request at this time. I think I've successfully been able to log in twice. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I hope my Rav4 is more reliable than this junk and the entune 3.0 app is worthless too.

Toyota is my favourite but most of the feature is not so user friendly. I baught a new rav4 for the package and what the dealership said this app can do for me. find out the app not functioning the way it supposed to. have a Android phone and app not working as expressed. If this happens to you, update the software to a higher os and this will fix access to the app. i find the service provider through the remote connect is not what it says. I find the app is slow to respond. not my favourite.

I cannot Add my new Toyota vehicle to Toyota Owners (Android) app. Error message says "Warning: Due to invalid certificate the application will no longer work. Kindly update the application immediately." The VIN was successfully added to the basic Toyota app earlier with no problem. I tried to delete and reinstall the Toyota Owners app several times and keep getting the same error message when I try to reenter the correct VIN. No other information appears to be available on how to "update the application"

"can't add at this time" same with website. it finds my VIN and correct year, make and model. Called support, too old cant add. As an IT professional this is silly: it's a simple database. Support says I can see it's valid but the data is blank. Pay someone to add missing data. Can't be too hard...

Crappy, useless app, don't bother with it. It keeps asking for my vin # and I put it in a freaking boatload of times and it makes me do it everytime because it doesn't remember it. Now it's still doing it and telling me I already added it. The app also crashes a lot when you try to update your personal info or try to do anything. I can't even look up if my car has any recalls because it keeps asking for me to add my vin # then tells me I already added it. App is totally useless, waste of time.

My vehicle history reports are all gone. I see i am not the only one having an issue. I called support they state there is no issue with the app or website. I was able to pull all monthly reports up on May 4, back since date purchased 9/2019. Now they are all gone. I am giving 2 stars. Just because there is an app.

Toyota needs to get their act together. This app is an embarrassment to Toyota. Updated app keeps crashing. Uninstalled it. Then reinstalled it. Keeps crashing. Uninstalled it again. Rebooted after I uninstalled it. Reinstalled it. I'm just keeps crashing. Programmer needs to be somebody that knows what they're doing. Whoever designed this app must be a beginner. Toyota needs an expert that knows how to fix these apps this is ridiculous.

It is 2am over the past hour I have gotten at least 12 push notification tests from this app. I can't book appointments through it on my car and more than half of it doesn't work on top of that. Garbage app.

The app gives me warning message that the app has an invalid certificate and will now close please update app. So I cleared cache and storage, uninstalled and rebooted note 8 phone then I reinstalled the app and it still gives me the same warning message.

This app is great when it works, which is never... haven't been able to log in. There's no log in support. Only get a notification that, sorry can't connect to the server..

App response slow. Paid a good amount of money for my car plus paying for a subscription for the remote connect, I would expect this kind of service from a lesser brand, not Toyota. I understand you do vehicles and not apps but I expect more. Get it together Toyota!

Great car. Pooooor app. owners manual, entune, maintenance schedule, ... have different logins. why cant they be in one login for one owner? Tried checking service/maintenance schedule. took me to web page asking car details again. why? checked how to videos. it said we don't have anything for your model. tried watching what was available. like entune introduction. got a message that video does not exist what works: dashboard signs and manual download UI is about usability and not just looks!

Since the last update my car continually wants to update the app. It does this almost every time I start the car. The app is up to date but I get this message all the time. Please fix or post how to resolve this

Trying to add something and every time automatically add it an oil change. I have to double-check if I did it or not. if it wasn't for that bugs I will give 4-5 stars.

Do not have an account but have been trying to make one. I try to sign up. Says email account already used, please reset password. I go to reset password. Says Account ID is Inactivated. So basically. I can't do anything humanly possible to use this app. Big Waste of time.

App is trash, i can't even create my account. I sign up it says check email but i get no email then i request to re-send the verification email but still doesn't send it to me. App doesn't even open half of the time. I should've bought a chevy

Seriously annoyed this stopped working and now it wants me to enter my VIN again. Then it tells me to call an 800# because the system doesn't recognize the VIN entered! Who has time for this? It's easy... if you offer a service then it should work. Plain and simple.

App doesn't work properly. Won't load service history. Keeps giving an error message, "cannot complete request at this time". Been doing this for about 3 weeks now. Samsung Galaxy S8+

This App is useless. Makes you sign in everytime you open it even though you check keep me signed in. Called Toyota on the number given by the app but they keep saying it was fixed. Now that I lost my option to auto start my car, I am not happy with Toyota.

This app is useless. It erases my vehicle every other time i open it, logs me out all the time, and most of its functions fail or say can't open. Sad a major corporation has such a terrible app that has difficulty functioning. Also why is the entune app and the owner app not the same app. Wasted space on my phone. Oh...dont buy a tacoma, they leak and toyota wont fix it.
