Toyota Roadside Assist

Earlier problem with unable to enter the app due 'version update issues' has since been clarified by developer as a site maintenance issue, now fixed. Have since reinstalled the app and registered with no problems. Hopefully I never will have to use it.

Doesn't work. When I try to use it I get an error message saying the version is out of date - download a new one. This is the only version on Google Play. At the minimum the app should offer to update to the latest version if it exists. I have a Samsung S5 with current firmare.

All it says now is current version out of date download new one but there isn't an update available.

Use to work until it said I had to update to the latest version. Now after the update it still says I dont have the latest version.

Literally just downloaded it, but it says it is out of date and need to install a new version. Reinstalling does not help. Two different phones: droid maxx and HTC one m8

This app worked great until recently. Mow it keeps saying to download the new app but it won't load so now I don't have Toyota roadside assistance.

Enter your VIN, register, make sure you're up to date, click call button and it calls for you, sending info along to the service desk. Worked very well.

Uninstalled and installed it back and it is still saying that i need to update it. It was working perfectly before the update

I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, tried the app, it told me it was out of date, so I used my data to update it and it still doesn't work. Had to change it ourselves. That is not why I bought the service.

I love this app. Even though I have not yet needed it, I feal much saffer then if I had to dial for assistance.

I download it and it won't open. Tells me to get a new version. Galaxy S4

Same complaint as all others below. You would think with this many complaints the app would be fixed by now.

I have not been able to open the app since I downloaded. It tells me this is not the updated version. Unable to update.....

Every time I try to use it there is a message that says the version I have is not the latest one, but that is all that is in the play store. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

This app does not work at all. It says the current version is out of date but there is no current version. Class action lawsuit

Just bought a Toyota and downloaded this app only to be told that it's not the right one.

When I open the app I get presented with version out of date dialog and app closes. Have the latest version listed here

Tells me need to update new version, but there no new version to update, does not allow me to enter the app,

I entered all my info, it dialed, sent touch tones, but the call center said none of it reaches them. Spent 15 mins spelling everything out again.

Claims latest version is out of date and will not run! My phone is encrypted, this piece of software appears incapable of running on an encrypted drive. The very definition of a poorly written piece of code.

This app is so awesome. It still makes you talk to someone but at least it asks for all of the information up front to prevent mistakes. Found both of my cars in the system with no issue.

This is great development and stright to the point. Nothing but quality from finest car manufacturer in the world.

App says a new version is available but no new version is available to download which basically renders the app useless. Thanks Toyota.

When I open the app, it says that I don't have the latest version sans need to update. It won't let me do anything in the app. This problem persists even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Worst App. It always says the app is out dated but this is the latest.
