The purpose of this to collect businesses and customers without a real service. They don't have enough delivery drivers and most of the offers in the restaurants section are fake.. they will let you wait for an hour since placing the order then will tell you sorry the store is closed.. if it is closed why you are offering its dishes on your app.. last deduction on my credit card was not received back while my order is canceled due to no representative. I would give it zero stars if i can
This app is very bad!!! Really. It will take you 5hours to wait and then they will just cancel the order without giving all the refund. Bad customer service also! Never use this app!!!! You will just waste your time and money. If only I could give zero star.
Terrible experience. The order was PREPPED 2 hours ago and it's yet to be picked up. It was assigned to a driver very far away. He wouldn't pick up when we call and the customer support were not much of a help either - the call ended with " your order will be delivered". It's not here yet. Stay away
The app itself is pretty good, the options it offers are great, but the reason I give it a bad rating is because it's unreliable. Up till now half the times I ordered food through this app it either canceled the order halfway through, or refused the order "due to high demand", it's especially frustrating in Ramadhan.
Very bad.. the worst experience ever.. Bad interface.. bad representation.. bad customer care services.. very bad delivery services.. extremely frustrating & totally unrecommended..
If only was there a Negative rating I would have given that to this wretched app,I ordered a Large Meal from one of the Restaurants and They legit messed up my order aftersomewhat 30 minutes of processing it. When I raised the complain the App decided to give me "5"Riyals as Compensation. Almost as if it was leverage for the complaint Update:The customer support contacted me and assured me of stronger actions against the restaurant and they have compensated me properly for the mishap caused.
i can't order i get a notification that says " sorry, the selected location is outside the merchant's the delivery area "
Their support is so bad they just ignore you and you cant reach them. I tried calling and chatting and emailing and still didnt get any response from them.
Updated review: Unfortunately, they just became like the rest of the delivery apps. Late delivery and driver is different from the registered, unhygienic cars.
One the worst application, and worst support. All support is done through auto chat or they will ask you to send an email, what kind of company they don't have toll free for customers support!!! Open any case with them and you will never find an answer and your money is gone.
One of the worst apps so far, why would you force your client to evaluate the restaurant and the driver before making another order?! I DON'T WANT TO! I'll do it if I feel worth evaluating! At first the service are quick but now, it is so slow. Waited for 2 hours for my order. Customer service booth is not helping at all. They could have given the customer refund for the waiting time!
I order from this app for the first time and the experience was horrible. Waited for my order like around 2hours and still it wasn't even prepared. Not using this app again.
stupid app forces customer to rate the representative entative and the merchant option 1 lie and rate 5 stars or option 2 rate less than 5 and get annoying calls from the app

For the last week, the keyboard isn't working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the keyboard still doesn't work and I can't log in now cause I can't type my number. It really pains me to see this cause the app truly deserves a 5 star review. The drivers were fast and the offers were great
If i cud just gve ZERO rate for the worst experience i had for this WORST app. Preparing for the food for almost 2hrs is so horrible.No customer representative even to bother to take action for this. Start to wait for nothing or starve if you wil order on this app.Million times thumbs down for this.When i recieved the food, it's cold, opened &unsealed.The driver opened my order, thinking im stupid enough not to notice the rips of the seal and he's telling it's the restaurant who did that😡.CRAZY
Don't download this application. Customer service don't reply after 2 pm and the call center number doesn't connect. They said the order will take from 4 to 6 hours! After I waited they cancelled the order and put the money in wallet credit which I don't want. I want a refund. Terrible, why waste my time if apparently all you're application does is face technical difficulties and after all the steps are done not even at the start.
There's a bug in your system where a driver is not assigned for orders randomly and even after waiting for an hour each time, the only option is to cancel the order and place a new order. This is frustrating when you make wait for so long and force to reorder. This happened with my multiple orders if you check the history. Even customer support asks to cancel the order. Moreover, the delivery time shown while placing the order is never accurate, always delayed.
The app was great when it first started, delivery fees were reasonable, good offers. Unfortunately they keep adding to delivery fees on weekly basis. They never inform you whether the restaurant is actually open at the time of order or not, so you just have to wait for your order tbe prepared and they will assign a driver for you, only to find out after 1 hour that the restaurant is not open. On another occasions the restaurant will have app crash and order cannot be read. I'm moving on.
I hope u take into consideration and do action with the lapses.. please check. this is not a good review. not good someones stealing someone's else money. seriously? till now no one contacted me! I hope ur app will last longer, if this is your way of fixing your issue? then enjoy the money that you have stolen from all your customers.. Again you take my money, i order and says you will contact me i paid 114sr what a harami app you have.. Saying you will contact me and yet its been a year now 😠
My first order itself was cancelled after the payment was already done from my credit card and it's been more than 10 days and till now they haven't returned the money back. I tried calling their customer service many a time - no answer , send messages via the message support, emailed them and even went to their website and gave a compaint as feedback. But still I haven't received even a single reply from their side. So I am really disappointed with this app.
The delivery fee just kept on increasing! First, it was 1SR then 2SR and now the average delivery fee is 4SR. Some restaurants have reached 10SR delivery fee!
The best delivery app in my opinion, reasonable price, many offers, wide coverage and very fast service. I used to believe that delivery apps are still opportunities to invest in, but I changed my mind after this great app. All it need is some features to be provided to dominate the market. I don't recommend it, everything is changed in ToYou, definitely they did a wrong change!
Was good for a while but turned to be the worst. Menus aren't updated and they accept orders then after ages they cancel because the shop is closed or items aren't available. No efficient customer service. I used to keep it just for one specific restaurant but even that isn't going smoothly anymore so this app is canceled for me
At the beginning was good app. Now it's very bad all my orders never arrived, customer service never replied, just on hold for several minutes then they canceled the ability to talk to the customer service although they are now deducting the money in advance (unlike other rivals like hungerstation always available and delivering, may be some delay but at the end i get what i want.), really very bad yet fast deterioration.
It is the worst app ever. I placed my order and already paid for it through the app. And they didn't deliver my order. I called the support line and messaged them as well it is always busy and no one replied to my chat in the support chat for a whole day, and the payment is done already. I do not recommend this app at all, I would rather go to restaurant by myself. The idea of a delivery application is to make the ordering easier, but they are making it complicated.
The worst delivery app u can deal with. They have zero customer support you can't reach them by phone or chat it's just decorations. Also they have an offer for free delivery I clicked that and choose a restaurant and confirmed my order little did I know that I have to put in. A code for it to be free!!! It's my first time to use the app how am I supposed to know that I have to put in a code! Plus I tried to contact them to fix it. No one answered.no one cares.use other apps or be careful!
Used to be one of my favorite apps till I had my order cancelled & since 20 days I'm still waiting for the refund. I contacted the support and they asked me to contact bank. I emailed and spent my credit to call the bank (a lot of recorded messages) but no help. They could have made life easier by just keeping the paid amount as credit like other apps.
The is great when everything works as it is supposed to. However don't expect any kind of meaningful customer support when inevitably things go wrong with a delivery. Note: I was a very frequent customer for a year
