The search function doesn't work. Item lists take forever to load. There's nowhere to save your rewards card. The website is better.
very worst the products are not in the stock but they keep offer while i was ordered two times they cancel my order after two days and money also not yet refunded it was very bad experiance and disappointed time waste useless brand
This is balls. Dont use the app. All items have been market up to ridiculous prices. Save your money when the store opens go there.

Very bad service, ignorance and negligence. I order in Saturday 18th April 2020 for my daughter birthday in 24th April. Yet I did not receive any call. And the contact centre are not picking the phone for 3 days. Very bad experience and will certainly never recommend toys r us for anyone. And will be the last time order from them. Very bad. If there is less than a star I will certainly give them -10. Also their Facebook page are not responding
