This app wants permissions to view and modify my photos, media and files, plus wants to know my wi-fi information and the devices connected to it! This is an invasion of privacy and not required for the app's purpose of providing me with my data usage (of which it does not always work!) - FYI, when it doesn't work, the only fix, is to uninstall the app and re-install it. With regards to this app, TPG is very lucky to get one star. The only way this has been possible is zero stars is not allowed.

I wish i could select zero stars. the app installed, allowed me to add my account and opens fine every time. But that is all i get. if i try to check any details, ie data usage, billing etc, the app shows "no data for this account" and then freezes. wouldn't have swapped service providers if i had known this would be the case. Even Optus have a working app. and thats saying something!! Get it together TPG.

The worst ever. I never liked to write a feedback about anything. I had a phone plan, and I asked them to change it to prepaid plan, for few months, because I'm travelling overseas. But I delayed my flight for one more week, and I used the prepaid plane and they charge me every day 20$. 4 days they took $80. I advice all of you not to use it at all.

After more than 2 months having a useless app (can't see my usage/bill, when I select that option only blank screen is what comes out) , I decided to switch to another provider. Very disappointed, it's a shame because the service was good.

The app only loaded once for me to add my account. From then on, it never goes beyond the TPG purple loading screen. It's amazing! Fair enough considering it was last updated in 2015. But please, at least, give me a *working* although poorly designed app that is the epitome of bad UX. Right now, it is not even working :(

I don't know if its because you like charging your customers more or what but this app is so bad that when i try to select the usage tab on the app when ive installed it, it 99.99% of the time comes up blank and doesnt even tell me my usage. It is really frustrating because we should be able to see our usage so we dont get charged for the extra we use by not using the extra in the first place and this wouldnt happen if this was a little more reliable and it actually worked

Very poorly developed app. The buttons are not intuitive and the display look outdated. Understanding TPG is a budget network but there are essentials to customer service this app does not provide. To be fair it does let me check what I need... But for a big tech company in 2018, not good enough.

Basic app, provides basic information. A horrible user interface compared to any other Telecom mobile app. A smoother experience with a more friendly UI; bigger font size, more options for info to explore. A disappointing app.

It's a very primitive app. I have two mobile phone plans and the page to view usage has buttons at the bottom to scroll between them but I can't activate the button because it doesn't fit on the screen (using a Motorola One Macro)

For a company this big, suppose to be great service, extremely lacking in support, best nbn service (may have been back in 2016....but have well and truly lost the plot), you would at least think they could put a little extra effort into their app development. The app is just as horrible as their Account login site.

An absolute joke, just like your website. I just wanted to check my NBN usage... Apparently that's too much to ask in 2019. Having come from a country that has 1gbps fibre and ISPs with really intuitive websites and apps, I find it hard to believe that this is a acceptable in Australia. Will be changing providers ASAP.

Waste of time. You can't access anything easily and if you make a mistake or are missing anything you have to exit out completely and start from the beginning. It is this most annoying and outdated app I have used. For acompany of this size it is disgraceful. Bloody fix it!!

1. I cannot even enter user name. It doesn't allow special characters. 2. Touch pointer is not proper to enter in the text field. UI is not eyeCatching 4. As soon I click save button, there is no loader displayed it seems as if app got stuck. After few seconds 'Send password via SMS' displayed. But app doesn't allow to click. 5. Options for profile picture are tinny in size. 6. Login field asks for username, custid or mobile number, when I tried custid or mobile number it says wrong credentials

TERRIBLE. Zero stars. This is a very poorly designed and built app. Don't waste your time downloading. It doesn't have a widget therefore you cannot regularly update the widget to check your usage. To the developers, spend an hour and build a fresh new app that is actually useful, has a widget that updates regularly and a better UI. This isn't worth downloading.

So buggy and I uneasy to navigate. Can't even get billing status, error messages popping up. Needs a serious rewrite. Changing from 2 stars to one for the product owners ignoring customers. This app should be removed from the store.

Beyond useless. Used to work passably some months ago. Since then, I have removed from and reinstalled on each of my family's phones. Cannot get past the sign-on screen which reads "An error has occurred. Please try again later". Contacted TPG support several times and in each case received a well meaning but ultimately useless run around to contact the developer who, for all I know, is now out of business. Recommendation: find another mobile service provider that treats its internet-connected customers with greater respect. Oh, and contact TPG support to complain. Loudly.

Poorly designed app. Buttons are small even on a 7" screen. Cannot paste user ID number copied from email, had to manually key in. Worse of all, neither my phone number nor ID number was accepted. Kept saying invalid. "SMS my password" button doesn't work at all. App is useless.

The most basic app. Hasn't been updated since 2015. As a result I am notified by the OS that it's designed for an older version of Android and may not work with Android 10.

Since there us no alternative, I have been using thus App fir last 5+ years. its absolute pain in neck. Fails to show usage data on 80 ~90% of attempts. Time for everyone to look for alternative competitive provider.

Horrible app...and the app allows them to get away with a lot of rubbish. Cannot connect my mobile account with my NBN account. they keep charging me for over usage on the mobile account (which is ok if i use more than my limit) but the app or even the online login shows no break up of this. Me and my wife both have accounts and the billing system doesnt shows who was over charged. no way of knowing what happened without giving them a call and being on hold for ages. No transparency on this business....i will also report to ACCC. hope they come down hard on you. Only reason i am with TPG mobile is because they are the only ones still providing included data so that i can call my parents overseas. Would give you zero stars for the app and your online login system if i could. Looks like a bloody third work country

App last updated in 2015, pretty much days it all doesn't it.. After two weeks, I had to re-install to make usage page work again. I, and I'm sure many others, would like a usage indication of included international minutes of app ever gets updated.

this app needs a lot of work. My smartphone does not like this app and neither do I. it freezes for no reason, forcing me to close the app and sometimes after opening again later its still frozen even though app has been completely closed.

Wow...Truly amazing! This app really shows how much support you can get from TPG. No updates since 2015, never replied to a single review although it's already critical. To be honest, I don't think I'll be subscribing after the trial ends. Thanks anyway.

really useless, keeps saying invalid user name. just stick to the pc version. really bad. moreover, when you install WhatsApp you can't activate as this SIM can't even received the sms. only thing I can do is use it as a hot spot.
