Worst App...Issue facing in getting CNIC verification code. Issue reported last night by using live Chat option by issue not fixed yet.
Very poor customer service on chat. I sent msgs and reply received after 3 hours and still didn't replied about the query.
Rubbish app! I have a car policy, cannot even view it on the app! Keeps on sending verification code to my mobioe number to verify my CNIC and thereafter nothing happens. The app should at least have a basic function to see the policy details.
There is no option for login ar search through Vehicle Number in app. Also there is no option to use the app if your vehicle is on lease or in hire purchase agreement, which is not fair bcz these are also customers

Since yesterday I am trying to make payment for renewal of my car insurance policy but could not make it. I have tried more than twelve times, whenever I enter the OTP Verification Passcode I receive the message " invalid OTP". Request early resolution of the problem , so that I can make the payment for renewal of insurance policy.
Only beneficial to those who hav policy on their own name, if u lease a car then its not for you either, so add option for all along with cnic give option of policy number or registration number of vehicle to verify and login, after all leasing cars are your customers too and paying premium as well.
It doesnt send the verification code on SMS. I have tried so many times but no SMS recieved so can't use the app! How annoying!
updated version simply doesn't work on note 8. crashes on launch. Tried launching, reinstalling million times.

The most pathetic company ! I had 4 of my cars with tpl takkaful their surveyors are evil chaps first of all they convince you not to get it repaired or replaced if you don't agree they force you to get it fixed from the workshop of their choice so i have abandoned all of my vehicles from this pathetic company and i recommend everyone not to have their car takkaful from them

I am not getting my claim since 7 oct 2020 poor managment poor services. Mr. Tanveer from lahore not even now answering my call. I am not satisfied from TPL. My car now want to get recovered minimum 10 to 12 lac but they are offering me only 2 to 2.5 lac. its new toyota altis 1.6 very much disappointed.
When you don't offer Vouch365 services, why you have listed in the offers.

It is stuck in the phone number verification. It's definitely something wrong with the app. Developer, please fix it ASAP.
