Unable to connect to the operator.Not user friendly and features are so limited that its way better to go to the hospital directly.

Hi, its not good app, services are very bad. I tired so many time to contact always couldnot contact, some time they just take your contact number and say we will contact you back.but they never contact back. Just want to take money nd after that no customer care. Its my 3rd time to review tpl. Its full of scams. They dont help any body just take money.

Not a friendly user .. everything needs to contact first then resolved after multiple calls .. Afterwards nothing updated about claims . Still need to contact for the update !!

Don't show the claim status, even I have my pending claim. Also my policy has been renewed but on app it's not updated.
