Android tpMobile is a mobile HOS application that runs on certified Android devices and allows access to the Xata Turnpike system. With Xata Turnpike’s full range of compliance management solutions you will stay compliant and in service. There are no upfront hardware costs, and you pay only a single low subscription price per vehicle each month. Installation takes just 10 minutes. No dashboard to drill, no dome to mount.
The mobile application is easy to use and was designed to be viewed in a similar fashion as traditional paper log books. The RouteTracker device (ordered separately) is directly connected to the vehicle ECM and wirelessly connects the handheld to the vehicle by using Bluetooth technology. HOS will automatically change duty status based on vehicle movement and is fully compliant with section 395.15. GPS and engine diagnostic data are key components used to ensure HOS accuracy. Vehicle speed, RPM, and GPS data integration validate this process. All data is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a secure website that can be accessed via the Internet.

You have problems with this app can't login can't register trying something else
Can't do anything with it.. can't register, start or do anything
Galaxy S7, registered thru my company, but no option for me to log in. No menu button to use app.
Keeps restarting
Good product. If you add audible alarms that can be turned on or off in settings for violation warnings then this will be a 5+ star product. Most of our log book errors are due to "forgot to log in/out." A warning would solve this.
When you can get it to quit conflicting with my bluetooth headset I will rate you higher

Functions very well. Our fleet has over 200 installs. Would give 5 stars if we could edit standard dvir list. Hopefully xrs APIs are a little better.
I love this app
For perceived app errors, you're supposed to call the toll free number of Xata to give phone ID to get registered. Great money saving app for our business...highly recommended!
You will need an account with xata so you can register the phone Id when you get the ping error. Once you do that, everything else is a piece of cake!
Cant beat the cost. You need to have a web based account though Xata Turnpike to register the serial number of the app. You also need a route tracker to complete the functionality. Call them.

The 8 hr rule dosent work
The GPS on this thing doesn't work all that well it told me today I was in Roswell Georgia clearly I was in Marietta when I pulled up Google Maps it said I was in Marietta ga I see this as being a problem that needs to be addressed and fixed also there needs to be a alert when you start driving to let you know that you haven't logged in this is my biggest problem sometimes I forget 2 login and I might drive three or four hours before I realize I never logged in and got on the drive line like today smh
This is very handy
Sometimes I need to reset brand new tablets to factory default 2-3 times for the app to work. The developers can't figure out why, so I gave up. We use Samsung Galaxy Tab E
