Trabee Pocket : Travel Expense

I really like this. I'm taking a 3 week trip to multipe countries which means 3 different currencies. I can keep the countries seperate and know how much I'm spending in each country. It's really easy to use too. I can't figure out why the categories arein triplicate. Three food, shopping, sightseeing, and transportation categories. The graph for how much spent in each category treats them as different categories but I can't tell the difference. Otherwise, great app.

This app has a lot of potential, but there are too often issues with the availability of the app or the data inside. The functionality it offers is precisely what I need, but outages of a few days or data loss that requires recovery through support may perhaps not make this the most reliable choice. Hopefully this will improve!

App is full of bugs. Bought the pro version and I simply can not use the app since it is always crashing. I've also lost the info I had stored from past travel... Just use other app

Spent a good hour or so adding a new trip, expenses and budget. Decided it would be a good idea to make sure it backs up so I created a new account and signed in, then everything disappeared and my trip that I had just done was all gone. Will be getting a refund.

I used this app for years and it was great until recently. Now there is a time and date bug where the current day is off by 1 day, and the app is buggy / down for maintenance. Please fix these issues.

I really liked it for over a year, but since v3.0 the app became useless. How can you have an "successful" app WITH NO FUNCTIONALITY TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD? 🙈🙈 Update: I still see only v3.0 as latest version in play store - no v3.01 available

I can't login to my pro account after I change device. There's no forgot password option. I've email the developer but there's no response either 🥲

Great app I love using it for work expenses. The new update is good. But I miss some changes from the ol' version. Namely the pie chart is HUGE and there is no way to make it disappear when you scroll through all expenses. Nor is there a way to click on a category and see only the expenses in that category. There's also a bug where when inputting a new expense the app shifts to the next calendar day instead of the day the expense is made. This is super frustrating.

Amazing app. I've been using the pro version for about 2 years now. But with the latest update, I'm facing some issues. 1) The image uploaded for a travel cannot be cropped and is auto rotated sideways. I tries uploading landscape and portrait photos, but it somehow keeps messing every image. 2) I assume I made some miss selection while creating a travel. However, It ended up showing USD amount for the total in the main screen. I tried every settings and was not able to figure the problem.

It's alright. Very basic. Even the paid version. Would be good to be able to duplicate trips in case you want to split something out. Would also be good to be able to add an expense over a specific timeframe, e.g. lodging over 4 days, so you can see the per day spend without having to manually break down the cost yourself. Would also be good to see analytics in a linear graph to see trends. Perhaps an option to compare linear graphs by category and trip as a side by side comparison

I've been using the pro version for 2 years. Using it for work and personal expenses. It has worked well overall, but the last update came with a lot of bugs. When opening any travel, it loads the next calendar day by default instead of today's. The app crashes when deleting a travel. There are some annoying bugs when entering an expense like issues when entering an amount and then switch the currency, the EditText's cursor when entering the expense's description loses focus frequently.

Great app, I love it and bought the pro version although it's a shame that it's not being updated anymore... EDIT Sep 30, 2020: it's been updated and it's looking good, thanks! But there seems to be an error in the statistics cause I don't see the complete list of expenses, just the first one... EDIT Oct 31, 2020: Thanks for fixing the statistics page!

I've used the app in iOS and it worked well with exporting all formats. When I switched the app and started using it in android it won't let me export PDFs, which is the most important feature for me. Would give better rating if PDF export was available. Very disappointing since I pay the upgrade in both iOS and Android devices. Syncing the same account in both devices can be a pain as well. Hopefully the exporting to PDFs will be fixed soon.

Does not properly calculate returned items or refunds. If you add an "expense" with a plus instead of a minus, the budget balance changes, but the charts and category spending report does not change. Even upgrading to the premium version does not change this miscalculation. Better reporting would be helpful, as reports only show aggregate amounts. No ability to see spending by time period (i.e. By month). Developer has not responded to support request.

It was one of my favorite apps, but with the latest update I am not able to crop the images I select to register an expense, and that's something I really liked it from the previous version and I still need. I have the pro version. Any help with this ? Thanks. I would give 5 stars if this is solved. Update: still not solved. Is there a way I can go back to previous version? Rotate and crop functionality still not working properly.

After I changed the phone, I reinstalled the trabee app and tried to log into my account. It did not let me do that, and did not give the option "forgot your password" to recover the excess. Since I ran out of options, I clicked "create new account". Surprisingly, it let me create new account for the same email! However when I logged in - the account is completely empty and all my notes from previous trips are lost. I emailed customer service but did not receive any response. It is upsetting.

I upgraded to pro on a whim and it was worth it. The app is clean and simple. I like how you can buget in multiple currencies and I really like the prep tab. It is super easy to add entries and also to edit them and attach photos. 2 features I wish it had: graphs and the ability to attach multiple photos per entry.

Great app for the budget conscious backpacker however there is no automatic cloud backup. I forgot to backup manually and lost 9 months worth of budgets after doing a factory data reset my phone! 😬 its extremely annoying as most apps do auto back ups. Other than that the app is really good and a time saver than writing things down manually. If it had auto updates I would give it 5 stars.

Unable to change the main currency from GBP. I want to see the total expenditures and summaries in my home currency. Even when the home currency is set correctly, the summary is still shown in GBP.

I like it (bought the pro version) but there's still room for improvement. It would be nice if the exchange rate wasn't fixed for the entire travel. Use a default one but allow to modify every single entry to use a different rate.

The change made it difficult and the pictures are overlapping you can't read a thing.. Used to love this app so much... Now i don't use it anymore for 2 months after the update.. It became difficult To use. the home currency got confused with the country of travel. It was easy before.

Love this app. Would like to see the budget split into a cash budget and credit card budget since I pay for things before I go away using a card and I don't factor that in to my main spending budget which is cash. Otherwise I've not had a problem and I have the pro version.

Was a great app (that i bought). Not working properly as there is a Currency bug that makes it useless.
